Driving through town and wanted to pick up breakfast. My wife said this location doesn’t have good reviews. I mentioned that every fast food place is like that anymore and it’s probably blown out of proportion. Boy was I wrong.

Ordered a #1 combo with a small coke and a #2 with a sweet tea. Order sounded ok when they said it back, but the price didn’t make sense. Got to the window and it was changed to the 2 sandwiches (not combo) and only 1 drink. The guy in the payment window at least said hi. I don’t even think the lady in the food window looked outside. Stuck her arm out the window without saying a word.

The egg in mine was somehow overcooked, but I guess the sweet tea was fine. Not that I’m in the area often, but I’ll be remembering this when I come through.

Food: fries were lukewarm, nuggets were hard, bread was tough. Food was ok…I guess.
Service: lady behind counter gave me a sauce when she didn’t have to and walked our food to the table. Good experience.
Atmosphere: music kept cutting out and wall paper was falling off the wall.

Terrible. Won’t answer phone. Can’t make correct order. Deluxe means put lettuce and tomato on it. Asked for no onions on a deluxe qt pounder and get only ketchup mayo and mustard. So disappointing. Fries cold and not full to even top of container let alone overflowing like mcdonalds used to do.

My daughter came in the evening for dinner with her boyfriend one day in the past month. She used the kiosk and selected to pay in cash at the register. When I tell you she was standing there for 20 minutes as the workers walked passed and ignored her, I am being absolutely serious. There was a short old woman that finally came up but then told her that her order wasn’t even in the system…maybe it wasn’t there because it timed out after the long time she’d been standing there. Then she had to reorder and stand there for another 10 minutes before someone got to her. The workers were extremely negligent. When she got her food, they had forgotten to give her a cup for her drink which is fine. But what is not fine is the fact she had to stand at the register for another 15 minutes waiting for someone to address her. Just for a cup! Then when she finally got to start eating her food, she noticed black specs on her fries. She didn’t ask for any seasoning on her fries so this was weird. The black specs look like it may have come from a dirty fryer, which is upsetting. Overall it was a bad experience and I hope they improve soon.

NEVER ORDER THERE Terrible attitude towards food! The mayonnaise was sour, there was mold all over the bottle, it’s disgusting. I’ll never buy anything from there again and I don’t recommend it. Horribly irresponsible.

I only have experience at the drive thru for this location, but none have been bad so far. This is a relatively new location so their staff are all learning to do their jobs. Check your orders before leaving to help them out. When I pay for extra syrups with my hotcakes I often get the number I paid for separately and they forget the ones included with the original order. The staff are always kind and immediately go grab the missing ones with a good attitude. Small mistake, easy fix. I personally recommend taking the other reviews with a grain of salt, not enough people are bothering to leave any reviews for good experiences and no one seems to be cutting these guys any slack. I for one and happy to have another food spot that is 5 minutes one way instead of 11.

Ordered breakfast through the app. App wouldn’t let me check in for pickup, then found out they canceled my order. No explanation, no reason, and the restaurant staff refused to take my order in-store because the manager said “we don’t have breakfast stuff. It’s done.” When she noticed I was calling corporate, she said she’d help me out after the order she was working on, proceeded to dispatch breakfast orders for another 40 minutes, still wouldn’t take my order, then the rest of the staff refused to help when I asked them to get the manager for me amd wouldn’t give me her name. It was great. Highly recommend

I ordered curbside twice from this location. Both times I had to go in to get my order. They DID NOT bring the order to the car both times. I went inside the second time because my order said it was ready but we waited and no one came out. The lady at the counter told me because I ordered curbside so it takes long for someone to bring it out. Say What? But it curbside! Besides the order was not ready when it said it was in the app. When I got home we were still missing our Big Mac from our order.

The worker was extremely rude and we will NEVEr go there again!

The McDonald’s associate who worked the second window needs better customer service training. She was not pleasant and she was not welcoming. She didn’t say hello or anything. Your employees at this McDonald’s have to understand that it is their job to be pleasant and inviting to customers because we can take our business elsewhere.
