I was very disappointed in the menu this visit. I usually choose the fresh Mexican spicy shrimp tacos and they weren’t on the menu anymore. In fact, there wasn’t really anything that was close that I wanted. I chose the Chipotle bowl, it was pretty good, just not what I had my mind set on. I could rate the food higher though because my son’s southwest burger was amazing. He was very pleased lol.

Haven’t been to a Chilis in awhile and thought we should try the new viral mozzarella sticks. We got them & they where good, but not great. It was fun to try them, but won’t try them again. I also got the old timer hamburger meal & it was huge. The serving sizes where really big. The service was amazing. Staff was super nice. I wouldn’t mind going back, but definitely not ordering so much food.

I had an amazing experience, thanks to our waitress( cant remember her name) i think its coranea. You can tell she has a passion for her job because nothing was forced. It all came naturally. Even if things got a little busy for her, she made sure she’d always check back with us to make sure things were going smoothly with us or if we needed anything. She was very patient, kind and respectful. The food was amazing. The atmosphere I rated a three do too the cleanliness. I feel it could be alot cleaner inside but other than that I recommend this place

My boyfriend and I had an appointment in Denton TX and stop at Chili’s to have lunch. We were definitely surprised about the food, service and atmosphere in the restaurant. We have visited them in other state and also seemed disappointed in something but they definitely hit all the boxes. They were great in every way looking forward to visiting it again we have lots of appointments in that area. Thank you again for the great food and service. I wished we took pictures of our food (lol) but we were very hungry next time I will.

The food was pretty good. Service was amazing – trifecta margaritas were spot on, but the merry berry (or… whatever it was called) was a bit too sweet for my taste! This particular Chili’s always has consistently great service!

Full points to the menu, drinks and food preparation. Lots of healthy and indulgent choices to choose from. The staff was very nice. The interior could use some cleaning or upgrade. Ventilation could have been better. Overall it was a fun experience. Will return soon.

My son and I went here for lunch on a Friday. It was busy, but not too busy, that we were seated right away. We ordered the 3 For Me special, where you get a drink, appetizer, and meal for $10.99. We ordered the chips and salsa with 3 signature dips (upgraded for $2.49), house salad (individual portion), and the Old Timer Burgers with fries. You get decent sized portions for the price. The food was hot and our service was great. We will be back!

Today I decided to visit this location to try the new menu offerings, my party of three and I were immediately seated. Despite the restaurant being mostly empty aside from our table, we experienced a significant failure in service. We waited 20 minutes without any staff member approaching our table to take our order. A server from another section was visible and appeared to notice us but did not come over to provide assistance. Due to the unacceptable delay in service, we felt compelled to leave. This poor experience prevented us from trying your new menu, and I would appreciate your attention to this lapse in basic customer care.
