Well that was an aweful experience. Called in my order for pick up, your pizza will be ready in 15 -20 minutes. Arrived in 25 minutes, played cash, guy couldn’t open the register for change. Guy said it’s still in the oven. Waited 25 more minutes when the same guy asked if my name was Ken, I replied no, its Mike. Handed me a cold pizza with no comment or explanation? Obviously these folks cant take a simple order,open a cash register, and hand me a product…losers! What a joke. See photo of my “Deep Dish” sausage and pepperoni that cost me $25.71

We arrived as tourist on Sun. April 13, 2025 and decided to get delivery service from Pizza Hut. We ordered the Dinner Box with 3 pizzas. It took over an hour for Door Dash to arrive. Once my daughter opened the pizza box there was clearly a piece of plastic on one of the pizzas. We tried to call but couldn’t get through so my daughter drove back to the restaurant and stood outside for 1 hour in an extremely long line. She had to leave because she had my 2 year old grandson with her. I decided to call back the next day and was on hold for 1 hour and 30 minutes. This is absolutely the worse service I have experienced when ordering pizza or eating out. I will never go there again. I do not recommend this particular pizza hut to anyone. Thanks, and have a good one!

We order from this location once or twice per week. Lately it hasn’t been very good. Our last order the pizza was undercooked. The time before there was barely any sauce on the pizza. Two times in a row there was absolutely nothing in the breadsticks. Just bread. Nothing else. I mentioned it and showed the picture that I took, but all that they said was “looks like there isn’t anything on them”. No kidding, I hadn’t noticed!

By far the worst experience.
We ordered and it took over 2 hours plus for our delivery to arrive. They out source with door dash and took forever. We called the store three times and they could r give us an answer on estimated delivery. Our order finally arrives and our pizza pies are burned wayyyy over cooked. Cheese at the tip was eatable. I called the store and the only thing they could do is credit my account which I don’t typically order from here and never will again they were not willing to refund my credit card.

Worst Pizza Hut around. Food is never ready on time, add at least 10 mins to your order no matter what time. Don’t try and plan ahead for an order that doesn’t work either. It still won’t be ready on time. Rude workers. Don’t ask any questions or you will be in trouble with them. Slow delivery! The way the workers treat you and the attitude they have I can’t imagine they actually care when making your pizza. Don’t speak up or ask for your past due pizza you’ll be threatened and left with nothing.

If i can give NO stars, i would. That cashier with the crazy eyeliner, is uneducated when it comes to Gluten free. Asked nicely if they had the Udi’s brand of gluten free, and she ignored my request and literally said “We don’t even have that”. When Pizza Hut, serves Udi’s at all locations nationwide. I’ve eaten at Pizza Hut, in 37 different states and this one in particular employs uneducated woman who don’t know what gluten free is. Oh and not to mention, I’ve ordered their gluten free Udi’s pizza here at this very location before. Rude, snobby, and full of attitude is not the way to gain good customers. Loyal paying customers…There’s people out here who are celiac. Unbelievable.
