Came to this Chilis location after I had the WORST experience at the Northlake location. Upon arrival I was seated immediately. My wonderful server Peyton was super attentive, knowledgeable and provided outstanding service. The manager Kim also stopped by our table to ensure everything was perfect and took the time to apologize for the poor service we had experienced at the other Chilis location. Will definitely be back , thank you Peyton and Kim !

My server didnt come and agknoledge me and my roomates existance for over 20 Min i timed it. he took are order and disapeared are drinks took another 15 min and came after are appitizer chip and salsa. he asks if everything is good and leaves before we can ask for are silverware and napkins we asked another server to find ares so we could ask to change the drinks he showed up after are dinners were allready there and asked if WE GOOD?

Stopped into the Huntersville Chili’s with my business partner to make talking work fun. Was greeted at the door and seated right away. The atmosphere was chill. It was a Monday around 5:30. Waitress was very attentive during the whole meal. We started off with the Triple Dipper personally my favorite delicious every time. Of coarse I had to try the drink of the month Bacardi beach margarita . Our meals came out fast. Our dinner was pretty good. We will back to enjoy Chili’s again.

Have eaten here several times during travel. Food is consistently good, but manager needs to TRAIN wait staff to be able to recommend or speak about entrees. Waitress said “I work here but don’t eat here”. Also need to TRAIN to ask if customer wants a box or refills to go. Lastly, I asked whether logging into kiosk to pay would give me points, and was told “I don’t know, I don’t have an account”.

Stopped by on a Sunday night to have dinner and we left without knowing if we would be back. We have been to other Chili’s locations many times so we knew what to expect. On this particular visit all we ordered was Chips & Salsa along with Ancho Salmon. Our menus were very dirty and had a sticky residue on them. The chips were either crispy or floppy where they hadn’t been cooked long enough. The salmon was good along with the broccoli and mexican rice it came with. Our server was good but just a bit slow on refilling drinks. Overall, it was just an ok experience.

Food was good, the Mexican street corn was incredible! The waitress was friendly and attentive, and the manager walked around and checked on each table and she was super fun to chat with. Definitely would dine at this location again.

Exactly what you would expect from any national chain. Lots of fried, salty fast food. Mostly high calorie American junk food, but the brisket quesadillas and chicken fingers were good. Floor was sticky, service was decent.

Came to the Chili’s in Huntersville, NC on a Sunday afternoon. We didn’t have to wait long in line and all of the staff was very friendly. Everything was absolutely delicious. From the chips and salsa to the ribs. We will definitely be coming back soon.
