If u could give them a zero I would. Usually they are good but tonight was a total mess up. I have gastroparesis (parlzed stomach) I always order the chicken chalupa with no lettuce and no tomato cause I can’t digest it. Well on my receipt it said no lettuce and no tomato and what was on my chalupa stuff I can’t eat. So I was out a meal cause even one piece of lettuce will send me to the hospital emergency room. I would’ve given zero stars if it let me. They don’t deserve one star! They messed up two burritos again and put sour cream on them today, didn’t give me my drink a few days ago, messed up my entire order the order before that and I had to wait 30 minutes for them to fix it! So half of my food was freezing cold! This is only the last three visits in the last month! It has been such a long time since I’ve ever gotten an order that was correct from this location. If it happens one more time, I’m reporting to the BBB because this is terrible business and they should not even be running this business if they can’t get it right. I don’t understand how they can even be in business if they mess up every single order or do the math I’m one person… If they are messing up every order I have had four months then what about everyone else who’s ordering? That is a lot of money to lose on food waste. Read the freaking menu. It’s not rocket science and not hard to make a soft taco with no lettuce like I truly cannot understand how they can get it wrong so many times literally every time and I won’t get started on how rude they are if you try to check your back… I’m not pulling around. I will sit there and check my bag every time and you will wait if it was sometimes you got it wrong. I would be fine with pulling around and coming back in, but if you get it wrong every single time and then I have to pull around and come in and wait 30 minutes for you to fix it… Best believe I’m sitting at your window till you fix it

Trashy people working in the drive thru every time, just out right disrespectful. Then our family orders over $100 worth of food and they treat us like shit for it and did the job horribly, missing food, no napkins, half our shells are empty and zero hot sauce….for 6 people??? It never fails time and time again, y’all should close.

When they didn’t give us any of the sauces we asked for, my husband called to complain. Not only was the lady rude, but she hung up on him. As we started to eat, I found a hair in my taco. Definitely not the right length or color to be mine or my husband’s. He called again to complain and the lady hung up on my husband a second time. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. If I had treated any of my customers this way ANYWHERE I have ever worked I would have been fired or at least written up. I highly recommend NOT going to this location.

The staff tend to be short and rude. They fight you tooth and nail to downsize your meals when you have deals or during happy hour. I ordered sour cream on the side and there was pretty much nothing in it. When I asked why there was so little they said, “1 squirt is all you get.” Not coming back.

This is not a bad Taco Bell location, I’ve been here before and had no problems and was very please but on this particular visit, the tortilla shell on my chili cheese burrito was very dry and harder than you’d expect, also they were completely out of Baja Blast zero sugar and the ice machine in the lobby only had one piece of ice to offer. Taco Bell is not going to win the franchise wars with this level of service. I will return soon, as you are strategically located in front of a Rural King, but I expect better from you.

LarderRoom…It’s Taco Bell Tuesday so I tried the NEW Toasted Cheddar Chalupa Deluxe-Grilled Chicken with a side of Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Tacos Supremes! Just high five me now. Added a bucket of Fire Sauce and we will call it a night! Service was friendly and my food came hot and fast. It’s Taco Bell! Enjoy!
