Generally speaking I don’t have any complaints about the quality of the food that served here it falls in line with all the other wawas and they do a good job with the consistency for the most part. I have occasionally found out of date items on the counter (stuffed pretzels n bagels etc) Today I ordered a mixed cheese shorti, this should contain 6 pieces of cheese. It contained 2. I called and the manager on duty immediately offered to correct the situation by making me another sub which was great ,I did go in and order another one the next day and it was made to the correct specification so I’m very happy about that.

Anything I would strongly suggest is that you always get receipts, because if they forget to put something in your bag like they did me this morning, then they don’t honor what they forget to put in your bag, although it’s not your fault, they forgot to put your stuff in your bag, they don’t care and if you don’t have a receipt to prove it, which I mean you use your reward, so there should be a receipt somewhere you know, if they don’t give you a receipt, how are you supposed to have a receipt like it’s my fault. I should’ve made sure, but at the same time when you’re in a rush to get to work. You’re thinking that they put your items in your bag so II don’t know that I’ll come back because this is the second time they’ve done it. And so that I have to pay almost $12 more for another pack of cigarettes or I gotta pay more money for monsters. And I’m always in here. Always, I’ll start checking my bag like it makes no sense why they would not honor something that they messed up on. How’s it, my fault? I’m just a customer and they don’t want to give it to you if you don’t come right back. Well, you know, we have jobs to go to too. And we have to be there on time we stop by the store, not thinking that, you know, we have to go up after them when they should be doing their job, their job is to make sure that you don’t leave anything behind really and truly. I work in retail and I know that it’s my job to make sure my customers don’t leave nothing behind but I guess what?Walls don’t do that, so I’m gonna take the blame.But I probably won’t come back.I’m just over.It is the second time cigarettes aren’t cheap man

So went to Wawa today like always, and encountered probably the worse cashier Nesha I have ever encountered at a Wawa. Honestly didn’t even think Wawa had cashiers like this. Anyhoo I walk in Nesha is by the self checkouts doing something and I approach the register. She looks at me says nothing and goes over to the drink cooler to do something. After that she comes back near the register and leaves again to do something by the chips. While all of this is happening a mini line forms. Finally Nesha decides to come up to the register and goes to the 2nd register and straight up skips over anyone already waiting and starts ringing up people from that point without acknowledging anyone else. Fine we go back to the end of the line. When I finally get to the checkout she has this nasty attitude and then proceeds to make me wait while she requests 5’s for her register. I’m not paying cash and was forced to the end of the line no one behind me although I was 1st in the store. No one was behind me but I had to wait for her to cash me out. Just horrible service. No hi. No give me a sec I’ll be there nothing but attitude. I’m not one to bash cashiers but people that don’t want to do their job shouldn’t have that job. If walking 3 feet to grab some cigarettes is such a task you have to make a face and get an attitude maybe you have the wrong job. Super disappointing I won’t be coming here when she’s here. I would rather spend my money at a place where people can be cordial while doing there job

I usually like this Wawa alot! However tonight I ordered a chicken sandwich & waited 20 min to get it! I paid for it, yet when it was ready they said I didn’t! Lady was VERY RUDE! Food was not even hot! Cheese didn’t even melt!! Tell me why I gave this place another try?! Pitiful “food” ! They left off half the items I wanted & chicken is run temperature! Chewy like it’s old or fake?!

Got a sausage burrito nothing big only simple..cutting the staff to only one prepped/ order maker slows down economy when you cut back on you’re employees working.. now same store always backed with people because they only got one worker… What happened to the 2 to 3 employees working the food area… 6 people waiting for one worker… I’ve waited 15 minutes so far and nowhere near close… Ridiculous!!! Capitalism at its greatest!!
