Lobby hours need to be edit. It’s 10:48 pm and the lobby business hours say the lobby is open everyday from 6am to 12am. So I figure to write this review so other people know they’re advertising is false and needs to be updated. Ps, if that’s the case they should lock their lobby doors. Also for their safety.

As of this reveiw, they are consistently out of drink flavors. They consistently take a long time to take an order even when they aren’t busy. The tables are dirty and you’ll be standing there at the counter upwards of five minutes just waiting for somebody to come up and take your order. And they often get your order wrong.

My husband was craving the tacos, so we decided to stop in for dinner. We had not been there for a while due to previous problems. First the young man at the front might have been new as he didn’t know how to ring up the taco combo, but he also looked and acted like he just didn’t want to be there, actually leaning over the machine and sighing. A more helpful woman came from the back and was quite friendly and got the order sorted out. I was excited to try the teriyaki chicken bowl. It came out fresh, hot, and tasty. My husband’s fries were hot, but sadly his tacos were a letdown. They were cold and grease soaked. After the trouble ordering, he didn’t want to go and ask for the tacos to be remade. The tables in the restaurant were fairly clean, but the condiment and drink area was a bit of a mess.

I have not visited a jack in the box in about ten years. Today, while sitting in traffic, I looked over and I said, you know what?I’m going to have some jack in the box tacos… When I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised to walk into a very clean and festively decorated location. This is way better than the sterile futuristic.Dystopian, look that so many other fast food chains have implemented. When I walked in, I was greeted by johnny, johnny was super friendly and believe it or not.I ended up with questions past.Do I want tacos or not. In the end, I left with tacos, but also more importantly, i want to come back to this location.The tacos were absolutely delicious.The service was fantastic, and that is rare.These days. A shout out to the team at this location.I hope they keep up the great work.And I look forward to visiting again.

Every single time we come here it’s never busy, at first we thought we were getting lucky but quickly discovered why. No matter how many people are there it’s consistently slow and rude workers, “fast food” is not the case here you’re looking at waiting 30-40 minutes even if you’re the only person in the drive through. No matter what they have you park out front while you wait so their times aren’t high when in reality you could’ve driven to the next closest location and been home before you even received your order.

Had a confrontation with a “Cythia” gave me no last name yelling at me in lobby about the reasoning of leaving me patiently waiting in drive thru for longer then 10mins she freaks out on me about how there’s no manager or shift lead to help me out. I was very understanding about her having an apparent bad night but this was unacceptable. A horrible and embarrassing experience for me getting yelled at like that. Please reach out.

Came by tonight to order a quick meal on my way home and found the lobby locked down — at 7:50pm on a Saturday night. How are you even still in busness? (FYI: I watched multiple other people try to get into the lobby as I sat in my car writing this review. All while staff inside looked on.)

Drive thru mobile order pickup. Not smooth. They forgot my drink the first go through and when I bit into my sandwich I lost my appetite! Egg shell. Not a tiny piece..the size of two teeth! Gross. Go to another location
