My mother and I went here for the first time for dinner last weekend. We had never been to a LongHorn Steakhouse and our server made it the best experience, on top of the food being delicious and the servings being plentiful!
James is a great waiter. He was attentive without being overbearing and made sure we had a good time. Close to the end of our meal, the location manager came by to check on us and asked if we had any feedback to which I gave a shoutout to James for providing excellent service and complimented the food. I also noticed the manager asking others for feedback, making it clear that he cares about the quality of service and customers’ experiences, which is always a good sign.
Pricing was about what I’d expect; I’d estimate about $35 per person on average, depending on what you order. Location was clean and cozy. The food was excellent, served at the right temperatures, and I had plenty of leftovers to take home with me. Will definitely be returning!

We were celebrating our anniversary. I ordered the salmon my husband ordered the steak. It was good just too sweet for me I didn’t finish but shared with husband. He enjoyed his very much the shrimp his came with were delicious. You know we’re going to share our food. The shrimp was smokey and I’ll like that. Our waitress was AWESOME . Food came out in a reasonable time seeing as though it was Sweetest Day. ❤️ We had the strawberry cheesecake for dessert didn’t like that wish we went with the caramel and candied pecans. Thank you for the good time

Excellent service, I arrived 1.5 hours before close on a Sunday. The hostess was very pleasant and helpful, it only took minutes to get my order in the system. While I was waiting I was greeted by a waitress and a manager to see if I needed anything. The food is excellent, blue rare steak is almost perfect. No complaints, only compliments.

My big Greek family came in and trust me we did not make it on them. We said we had 13 people and we really had 15ish. They not only moved tables but possibly mountains to make our family comfortable. Our servers Emily and Mitchell were great and so was the food, always consistent. The manager touched the table several times to make sure we were well taken care of. This is why we celebrated mom’s birthday here, because we knew they would take great care of us.

We typically dine in. But got a couple steak dinners take out instead tonight. FANTASTIC. steaks were perfect all the sides were great..had extra butter extra condiments were there. Even lil packets of A1 steak sauce.. . Great job takeout staff

Food is always amazing. However, I’m not writing about the food, I’m writing about our server Jim. He is AWESOME. By far one of the most attentive servers I have ever had. Funny, paid attention, kind, but down for business. He knew what he was doing, and you could tell he was very seasoned at his job and he loved it. I would come back just for Jim. Such a wholesome guy.

My wife and I decided to go out for dinner Saturday night and because we live in Columbia Station, Strongsville is close.
We opted for Longhorn and were mightly rewarded. The food and service were excellent even with the restaurant being very busy (6pm Saturday). I cannot say enough about my server Tammy. Welcoming and efficient. While my wife enjoys steak more than myself (big seafood eater), the ribeye was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection.
I absolutely recommend this restaurant. Hopefully if you sit in a booth in the bar you will have Tammy as your server.

We came in for lunch. The food is always very good. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 13 years in the past and never have I rushed a table to leave. It’s all about guest experience from walking through the door to the end of your visit. We felt as though they were trying to turn tables instead of trying to make the guest experience wonderful. That’s how you run a restaurant into the ground. I’m not sure we will be back anytime soon.
