It has been a minute since I visited Burger King, but I recently stopped by for a Whopper Jr., onion rings, and chicken fries. The service was slow and the ordering process seemed somewhat disorganized. After waiting ten minutes at the counter, I politely inquired about my order, which appeared to have been misplaced. The dining area was unclean, lacked condiments, and, rather surprisingly, had a person sleeping on one of the benches. Upon receiving my food, I was unsure of the ingredients in the onion rings and chicken fries; they tasted unappetizing, so I discarded them after a few bites. The Whopper Jr. was smaller than I recalled, but it was so-so at best. Sadly, I will not return to this location and or Burger King again in the future.

I stopped by this Burger King on my drive from Miami to Orlando around 7:00 PM for dinner. The moment my family and I walked in, I went toward the counter to order while some family members went to use the restroom. Shortly after, I realized my family was being kicked out of the restaurant.
A female employee started yelling at us. My mother, who is older and suffers from anxiety, was grabbed by the employee and told she could not use the bathroom. The employee continued yelling at all of us and then forced us out of the restaurant.
Mind you, the men’s restroom had a cone and a sign saying it was out of order, so no one used it. The women’s restroom only had a sign saying “no men allowed,” but it did not specify that it was out of order.
There was absolutely no need to yell or treat customers this way. It shows a complete lack of manners and zero knowledge of customer service. I will never recommend stepping foot in this location.

The food was cooked well and served hot. Unfortunately it starts to go down hill after that. I was asked if it was to go or dine in and served my food in a bag even though the receipt clearly stated dine in. I assumed that they just didn’t have trays like many fast food place now. I looked around and noticed that the only people dining in with trays were people dressed in shirts and ties. Quite the slap in the face. One of the doors that is required to be unlocked for fire safety was locked and there was no way for somebody inside to go out the door.

This is the most poorly managed burger king.I’ve ever been to. They closed whenever they feel like it. And every time I show up towards the end of the night they have no burger meat Burger King runs out of burgers more often than not

We stopped at BK on our way from St. Augustine to Miami. We didn’t want to stop at plazas and figured it would be a quick grab and go place that we can use the bathroom as well. We waited several minutes to order our food. We had to ask to if we could place our order.

The cashier that took care of me by the drive through the second time around cause they forgot to give me a second whopper was super rude, she was working the lobby and and came to the window. The other lady that gave me the whopper that was missing and I requested the receipt that the cashier didn’t want to give me, was nice. I couldn’t get her name but if you check the time right now September 29th at 11:45 am is the one that is working as I’m writing this report. Please check on your cashier, I worked at a Burger King and our group was always nice and friendly with our customers. So I do know how to handle customers. She is very disrespectful and bossy and even the workers there are scare she might tell them something. Please check your cameras. My car is a Ford Expedition 2007. You have the time and day. Also, I don’t want anyone fired, just teach her how to work and deal with customers and employed they don’t need thus kind of treatment. Or put her to cook.

Went for lunch, ordered a fish made like a whopper meal. Got a fish with onions and tomato, but with tarter sauce, no tarter sauce on a whopper. The soda machine did not work, so got OJ. Fries were hard. Bad.
