I’m not sure what they put in this recent batch but the wings this visit were amazing. I got a 10pc bone-in honey hot rub all flats (my usual) and it’s delicious. Like perfect wings lmao. Ion even leave reviews like that, that’s how good they were. Nice and hot, tasted fresh, no old grease flavor, they weren’t dry, & the rub was great!

Haven’t been to a solid Wingstop in a while, but this location hasn’t let me down yet. The service is consistently great—staff always have good attitudes and keep things moving. The fries come out hot, crispy, and never soggy, and the wings are always on point.
It can get packed at times, which might mean a bit of a wait, but that just shows how well this place is run. The managers and team clearly take pride in their work. Definitely worth checking out—tell them HellcatTP sent you!

The one in Killeen must have new management and new cooks. The food they serve now, with just the fries alone, is a night and day difference. I’ve gotten fries before that were what I called “bottom of the barrel.” They were small dark pieces. You wouldn’t know what they were. The chicken seemed overcooked and dry. Since going the end of May and last night, my fries looked like fries. Chicken was fine. I just wish it had more sauce for the original hot flavor. I’m glad they now have more drink options. *The pictures are from the end of May.

This place goes more and more downhill each time I’ve come. It’s ridiculous. This food isn’t cheap for it to be cold or not packaged correctly, where it falls all out of the packaging because they want to shove two orders in one box. You can tell they do not care at this location. I’ll be taking the trip to Copper’s Cove from now on.

Horrible service! I ordered online, asked for half of my wings (the part I was going to eat as we were sharing a meal) wet hot lemon pepper, I got reg wet oily lemon pepper which also had very little to no seasoning very oily and bland.. I did not have a ride to come back to get my wings right and I was told I could not get my refund unless I brought back the wings I didn’t eat, I was hung up on multiple time by the manager on duty so yah I got upset. I was told to bring the wings tomorrow if I want my refund, which I will but that is so disgusting. I could have sent a pic showing it not right. Not everyone has access to a car! I spent 17$ to only eat my fries.. I never in my life been so disrespected and talked down to by a manager! Poor poor service and HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!

Order was wrong came back for correction waited over 30 minutes for 12bbq wings when I told it would be 10 minutes. At this point the other food I did have that was correct was now cold. Some employees laughed every-time they asked me what I was waiting on, there was 2 ladies that were super nice tho. But the rest was just insane. Will not be returning to this specific location.

Update 05/21/24: I can no longer recommend it. The place has gone completely downhill. Service has been hit or miss, but generally on the bad side. The last three times we ate there, it took OVER an hour to receive our order. Once, we just walked out after an hour had passed. The food is never prepared correctly anymore and extremely unappetizing from the wings being extremely undercooked to Voodoo Fries BURIED in seasoning and nothing else. It’s just been gross. Our orders are never prepared properly and every single time they forget something. We are not going back. It’s just disgusting with terrible customer service. Simply gross.

This place, y’all! I’m addicted! The Wingstop in Killeen is by far the BEST Wingstop I’ve visited and I’ve been to quite a few. The staff is spectacular! They are personable and just a fun bunch even when they are in the weeds with orders to fulfill from everywhere. They get crazy busy, but keep things going, and I enjoy waiting for my order because they are such a fantastic crew. They make it worth the wait!
Our orders are always cooked to perfection just as we request. Every. Single. Time. At many other places, something is forgotten or prepared incorrectly, but not here. They make everything perfectly and just delicious. The Voodoo Fries are simply to die for and the wings are incredible. I always order flats, well-done, original hot, and they are spectacular! I truly cannot find anything that compares to their wings. When I order wings elsewhere, I’m always disappointed because nothing comes remotely close to the delicious wings at Wingstop in Killeen.
Five Stars to them for their fantastic staff, exceptional customer service, and for wings and fries prepared to perfection on every single visit.

Please just do not come here! Customer service is trash, food is not made right just made enough to get you out. They don’t discount and the workers do not like their jobs. No one is kind. Go to another Wing-stop location to get a better experience.

Horrible customer service. Owner shall look at the restaurant and hire people who have a customer service driven focus and not ask every little thing to the manager or co workers. Horrible customer service and from start to end. Big mistake and I rather drive to haker heights and eat at that location where I know the managers are on point with their crew. Another thing am a chef so I know wings take at least 15-20minutes to prepare, with that being said they messed my order up and asked them to rectify it and 2 minutes later am brought wings which shows the food is not fresh and it is prior cooked. Am sorry if I am paying for something to eat or feed my family I need it made to order and not given food that was prepared ahead of time.
