I stopped here for breakfast this morning. The customer service was 2nd to NONE! They had great manners and appeared to actually take pride in their jobs… No one does that anymore. My food was brought to me so fast that I honestly wasn’t ready for it… yet she still apologized for the wait lol. I got EXACTLY what I ordered and it came hot and fresh. I thought the days of fast food customer service was gone… thank you for proving me wrong. I know the only sonic I will be going to from here on out!

I placed an order through the app. I arrived at the time stated in the app, and still waiting 20 minutes total. After sitting there 10 minutes, I pressed the button and was told my food would be right out.
When it finally came out, I had just pushed the call button a 2nd time.
Unfortunately, I was halfway down the street before I realized my order was made wrong.
I called and spoke with a young man who said he was the manager. He was very polite and apologetic, saying that they “put my order in wrong and he knew why so was calling when he saw my name on the caller ID.”
I went back today and asked for the order to be remade, as instructed by the manager.
THEY MADE IT WRONG AGAIN, even after verifying the order.
I have a son with autism who is a very picky eater.
I won’t waste my time or money at Sonic again.

The onion rings tasted like pancake batter. The oil made me sick to my stomach. The corn dogs were too sweet and not much like cornmeal. The chicken tenders and fries were good but very small and cooked in the bad oil. They asked me if I want to tip. Why? Employees are just doing their jobs. Pay them more.

Placed the order through the mobile app for breakfast while we were out running a small errand. Both breakfast burritos were made incorrectly. One doesn’t even come with jalapenos and the other was supposed to have them removed. But neither had any eggs. We ate them anyway because of also having gotten off 3rd shift. I don’t know if you have a lack of ingredients or just don’t care what you give your customers. This lack of care could send someone with food allergies to the hospital if not dealt with properly.

I bragged on how good the twisted pretzel are and I got one for everyone and we all bit into it and they were hard. And now you charge for the cheese that use to come with it. You lost a customer!!

This is the second time this week I have ordered from a restaurant and did not get what was advertised. The pic says it all. But the taste was even worse. It was just a bunch of water and color with fruit floating in it. Luckily they remade the drinks (only after I requested) and those had more flavor.
Some things I’d like to see improve-

*Label drinks. I order drinks all the time for my kids and they are all the same color and come in white cups so we have to taste test to sort drinks. Not hygienic and if you’re bringing out enough drinks to have a carrier it should be apparent that multiple people have drinks and I shouldn’t have to guess what is what.

*If you’re marketing a specialty drink present it the way it’s advertised. While I appreciate the remake it shouldn’t require me to complain when you can see the drink is not right before it even leaves the kitchen.

I don’t eat much fast food, but when I do, I always visit Sonic! Also, this Sonic is always giving back to the LaVergne community and they always do some cool car shows. They did one for the LaVergne Old Timers Day Festival this year.

Update. Tried again. Placed a mobile order. Pulled in and checked in. 10 mins later they brought the wrong order. After 10 more mins pushed the call button again. They finally brought the food. Drove to my mom’s in lavergne. Had to throw all the food away. The onion rings were gross and smashed. The chicken tenders were old and hard. But the diet coke was nasty. Flat and the flavor was off. I won’t bother coming back.

Placed order at stall. Crickets. Wasn’t even sure they got the order.

I ordered a Breakfast Toaster with mayo and cut in half. What I got was no mayo and not cut in half. To some this is no big deal but to me it’s an annoyance
