My shrimp burrito was literally bursting with flavor (and tons of shrimp). The portions were great, service was fast, food was fresh, and the interior of this restaurant was small and cozy with great natural lighting. I would also recommend the Yuca. Usually busy during the lunch rush.

I came into Listo today for lunch I accidentally grabbed the wrong order off the counter and the staff was so nice and promptly delivered my original order and didn’t charge me for the mistake. Great customer service will definitely be returning not to mention the food was amazing. Will be a long time. Customer for sure.

Severe Food Poisoning Warning
I am extremely disappointed and honestly concerned for public health after eating at Listos. Two breakfast burritos were ordered, and both people who ate them became severely sick (about 7.3 hours later). This was not a mild stomach ache — this was full-blown food poisoning symptoms.
Based on what we experienced and what we observed, it appears employees were not properly washing their hands. Basic hygiene is non-negotiable in food service, and when it’s ignored, customers pay the price physically.
Management needs to take this seriously, retrain staff immediately, and enforce strict sanitation standards before someone ends up in the hospital.
Until this is addressed, I STRONGLY caution others before eating here. MDH complaint filed!

10/10 some of the best burritos in town (their barbacoa is my go to). Their yuca and sauces are amazing. I’ve even started getting some of their 1 lb proteins to go for enjoyment at home. The kindest, friendliest staff and amazing food.

Fantastic fast casual Mexican restaurant which is owned by a small business owner. No, I don’t know the owner or have an affiliation or interest in the company so my review is unbiased.
I took my family time this restaurant based on a recommendation by a friend. The food is reasonably priced and is made to order. The ingredients taste fresh and the tacos, burrito bowl, and quesadilla tastes great. Not overly seasoned, but full of fresh flavor.
If you have room for dessert, make sure you order the churros! I had to order two and we finished it all. Very tasty.

I stumbled upon this hidden gem looking for Chipotle per my mother’s request. I wasn’t disappointed. Small, family owned, and the ambiance is quite welcoming, Mexico meets MN:) When I walked in, there weren’t many patrons, nor too many tables, but they did a good job with the layout and there is outdoor seating. I would’ve liked some menu clarification and recommendations, but didn’t find the staff very engaging. There also seemed to be some disconnects in the kitchen I could see posing an issue if they were busier. But, my stomach was roaring like a lion, so I just went with it. The food is made to order, so it isn’t fast by any means. It is pretty tasty, however. Kind of an upscale joint somewhere between Acapulco and Nico’s Tacos. I wish I had made some clarifications on my order, but hindsight…and I wasn’t wearing glasses;) All in all, I’d go back and would recommend if I happened to be in the area again. I hope they do fantastic! Best of luck!
