I decided to stop by this morning for breakfast and let me tell you I was pleased with the customer service of this early morning staff. Nice, friendly , and full of smiles.

On top of that I was in and out under 2 minutes. If you have worked in fast food you know what I’m talking about.

The people working the drive-thru are SO nice. They always seem happy to see me. Food is great at this location as well. I think I get a little more for for my money here. The Texas burger is awesome.

Today I am highly disappointed in the service as a frequent customer. I called in a order for a 12in cheese steak sandwich combo amongst other items. When i arrived I observed my food for mistakes as always to notice I only had what appear to be a six inch. When I ask the lady at the register why isn’t it a foot long she said she dont know but I can purchase a six inch for $9. My response was if its only like a $3 difference in the 12 vs 6 in combo why would I have to pay almost $10 just for a sandwich. She then got an attitude, rolled her eyes at me, then stated “clearly if I heard you say 12in on the phone, I would let you keep your order and have it remade for free but I didnt hear you”. My response was ma’am I didnt ask for anything for free I just want to pay the different in the two combos and get what I asked for so if nothing else can you not refund the 6in combo and ring up a 12in like I originally ordered. The then snatches the plate out my had then refunds it with an attitude. Then charge me for what I ordered. Causing me to wait an additional 15-20min for my order. What makes it worse is the fact that she didn’t even apologize. Smh needless to say I wont be returning any time soon.

Visited for a double cheeseburger for lunch.

The burger was delicious. It was also fresh and hot!

I went through drive up.

Service was average.

Drive thru went well though they had no change during lunch for the payment. I had to use a credit card since the bill was all I had. Never have used a credit t card at a fast food.

Some people may ask why give more negative ratings than positive ones. Well we all know what they say on the commercial, but I do try to include positives alone with negatives. First let me congratulate this location on their wonderful Renovations. The bathrooms are now excellent and tolerable to the human sense of smell, the dining room is excellent and I’m sure glad they remove that 30 foot long Honey Bee attracting Hedges from right beside the drive-thru Lane. This made paying for your food or receiving your order not just a transaction but an Adventure. So we say goodbye to the bad times and hello to the new.
Simple I was in the Drive-Thru and I ordered the two for $4 bacon egg and cheese croissant for my son and I. We ordered at around 10:30 and the baseball game will starting at 11. I received my order and I pulled away like an idiot but I did not get very far when I noticed that my sandwich was ice cold. I’m not in belching but I’m telling you it’s appeared like the sandwich was made 3 hours ago and left out for my arrival. So I doubled back and got out of the car and went in, after five minutes I was able to give them their cold sandwiches back and then I waited until 10:42 and I received my new sandwiches. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. Last week someone has to leave better for all those Renovations will be for naught.

Horrible, rude and my food was wrong sloppy and a piece of hair was on my lettuce! I’ve tried to give this location chance after chance but every time I do they fail, every-single- time.

When you pull up to the speaker to place your order your greetings should be welcoming…not here, you get a rude “how can I help you” and rushing to finish your order only to get ot wrong in the end. I ordered something simple…whopper WITH cheese no onions and a Sprite. I got this…she even repeated it before I pulled up to pay and still entered it in wrong. The hair was small like a eye lash…

I was so tempted to go back and demand my money back but I was on my lunch break which isnt long at all and had to return to work. This was the last straw, this location will never get my money again.

Food and attitude in service needs to be improved. The attitudes of the employees are ridiculous. And the food is always nasty fries are always cold and soda are flat

Sunday, October 30th, 8:50pm. Currently sitting in the drive-thru for going on 5mins (and counting). Honked my horn several times, no response, no movement. Sign says they are open until midnight (drive-thru) yet it’s as if they are closed. No response at the ordering speaker was the first red flag but I pressed on. Wanted a bacon king. That’s definitely not happening. Customer service here is very bad. From employees blocking the entrance while they smoke to a lack of service in general. Do better Ellenwood Village.

AI customer service is always broken and every time I order something is missing and no one wants to take accountability. They aren’t bringing me my missing food or giving me my money back so at this point they suck.

Went here and ordered the big fish sandwich combo. The staff was kind and courteous.. no complaints there after I got my order to go when I got home I been into my sandwich and the filet patty was burnt. I don’t mean overcooked I mean burnt. I then proceeded to call the manager of the store and she responded with what she should by saying if I bring back the sandwich she would replace it with another. At that juncture I discarded the sandwich and wrote her name down on the receipt and I will go in and receive something else since I did pay for it. But whoever prepared the sandwich had to have known that it was extremely overcooked and they still placed it on the bun and served it. Hidden from sight until bitten into! Unfortunately this is not my first incident at this Burger King and with all that I have heard. I only hope that this referral will cause them to do better in the near future. Atlhandyman Services
