We decided to try somewhere different today. Always driving by this place so we stopped by. Wait staff was highly personable and helpful. The staff were worried because our calzones were made in a different oven than usual but they were great as well. My picky 10 year old even loved everything she had. The experience was really good, we’ll be stopping by here again. I don’t feel like 30% was enough of a tip but I’ll make it to to them!

My partner and I first ate here four years ago and have gone back a few times since. Every single visit is always awesome. The food quality is great, the atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming, and the staff are amazing. One visit we had at this restaurant, it was just my partner and I but we had a misunderstanding about toppings on the white pie. Our server at the time was able to fix our order timely and was very reassuring it wasnt an issue to replace the item. Our recent visit, we had our 2 yr old who was getting fussy and our server offered pizza dough for him to play with. Definitely worth the money spent whether you’re dining in or taking out. Thanks so much guys!

our pizza was burnt. I drive to Chandler for a medical appointment every 4 weeks and I get our dinner in the afternoon on my way home. There is no North Mesa location So we get it from you every time. However, yesterday pizza was burnt and since we don’t eat it until dinner when I pick it up late afternoon it was too late to do anything about it. plus I was not going to drive back to Chandler. I’ve had this routine for quite a while now and we have never had such a bad Pizza. It was inedible so we only ate the garlic knots, which cost $40 for the entire meal, and traditionally I go to bed right after I eat so I did not want to deal with this yesterday. service has always been amazing and the food has always been amazing. that is why I keep coming back so to have this one instant it threw me for a loop. I’m hoping somebody there will contact me instead of me trying to contact them but I guess I will just have to wait and see. here’s a picture of my pizza from last night

Friendly staff. The pizza and wings were back to what we remember from the original NYPD pizza. The food was cooked well, with good flavor. The only issue I have is they consistently forget sauces. Which wouldn’t be a big deal except you pay for them. Just remember to check when you pick up.

I had to visit and see how the pizza was at NYPD Pizza. Well, I was pleasantly surprised, considering I hadn’t found good pizza joint in Phoenix. The pizza was delicious. The crust on the pizza was crunchy and soft on the inside. The sauce was very good also! I had the two slices with pepperoni and 24-ounce soft drink lunch special. I ordered a side house salad with vinaigrette. It was very tasty. My server was helpful and friendly. Food came out quickly. And the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I highly suggest you visit and check it out. I’ll be back and try something else on the menu when I visit Phoenix again.

No bogus attitude, no slack vibes, just pure gnarly hospitality. He makes you feel like a VIP without being all try-hard about it. Major points.
Now let’s rap about Kevin, the pizza master himself. This cat is a total wizard behind the oven. He’s tossing dough like it’s an Olympic sport, laying down toppings with laser focus, and cranking out pies that are choice. The crust is crispy, the sauce is on point, and every bite is a flavor bomb that’ll make you wanna high-five a stranger.
Together, Ryan and Kevin are a killer combo—like neon lights and arcade games, or mixtapes and long summer nights. This place isn’t just good… it’s off the hook.

My family and I love the pizza and salad here! I can’t rave about the pizza enough it’s absolutely delicious. I could live off the crust alone but that wouldn’t be the best decision for my health, right ? We order for carry out and dine in many times as well. The staff is very friendly and the establishment is very nice but there are a couple of booths that are not comfortable at all for your dining experience. You SINK! No one wants to sit there at either of these booths. The benches are very long and roomy but you can’t miss the spots when you sit down. Other than that… No complaints.

What an amazing pizzeria!! My husband and I stopped in this evening, to order a couple of pizzas (mine being a 14” Vegan), and the other a Margherita with additional toppings.
I also love that they offer Vegan cheese!!
Let me just say, the restaurant was impressively spotless, including the restrooms (rare find), and the entire staff were welcoming, kind and professional!
The manager, Chad, was prompt, suggestive, and took excellent care of us with our carry out order. He was absolutely fabulous!! A true testament to a great staff, is superb management!
Chad made us feel right at home, and when parting, he said, “we’re family now, see ya soon!” We will definitely take the drive to dine-in or pick up delicious pizza from this location!
