A1 service as always pizza is always great ready and hot on the pan salad bar and dessert you can’t go wrong not to mention the professionalism within this location no matter the day always A1 professional one of the workers family was there and she kept a professional demeanor wasn’t ignoring customers the whole team greats each and every customer through the door in and out making you feel like your right at home the atmosphere is kid friendly but not to overwhelming and of course had to offer a photo for the ones who dressed up for Halloween

Mr James at this location made me the best pizza and it looks Something in a commercial it was perfect this was a specially, Pizza barbecue chicken Hawaiian with jalapeños this is the only pizza I eat and very few can make it perfect this place will always get me and my family service my drive is 45 min and it’s all worth it thank you again for a wonderful Experience and great customer service !

Kids really like it. The pizza is good, not New York’s finest or Chicago good but no one is leaving hungry if you have teenagers. They have a small arcade that my son has to visit after eating. We get to eat and play some reasonably priced games. Good family time that doesn’t take all night. There’s a lady that keeps up with the tables that is one of the kindest people I’ve met. I’ll get her for the next review but this place was really affordable for a family dinner and some fun.

CiCi’s is a nostalgic favorite that never disappoints—kids and adults alike love it! The pizza variety is seriously impressive. Have you tried the macaroni pizza? Or better yet, the spaghetti and meatball pizza? Total game-changers!
This location is spotless and clearly well taken care of. The staff are always cheerful, helpful, and quick to assist. Big shoutout to the manager—super responsive and on top of everything. Can’t wait to come back for another round.

From someone who is not from the state I haven’t found much professionalism in the state but upon stopping here at this Cicis everything about my visit was just perfect 10 stars in fact
I called before arriving to ask Buffett prices the lady was happy to tell me and not complain
When I get there the price was what I was told and the Buffett was stacked even tho they were busy they had food up hot and ready to be ate also kept it that way the whole time I was there the lady up front just kept taking order after order yelling kids screaming baby’s parents and kept a smile thru it all the lady picking up plates from the dining room came out every time with a smile on her face to get more dishes not complaining the amount or nothing even wiping things in between the guy making pizza one after another just kept going no man I’m tired no dirty looks nothing but a smile to keep going and to be here the whole team greats you on your way in and out of the store and even thanks you now thats customer service when they say higher minimum wage this team this crew they deserve much higher wages never not a one complaint the whole time I was there they just kept making food kept wiping things down kept making sure people were having a good time kept clean dishes and hot food fresh and on the bar wish smiles man like this is the place you go when you want real customer service and bang for your buck cause they make you feel right at home while keeping you fed for the very very low price of 10 bucks you get as much pizza and salad as you want nothing can be better also they have a kids play place like arcade with bikes and stuff and yet you can’t hear the joy but you seem it on the kids faces also they have a nice size flatscreen for us men to watch the game on like what more could you ask for oh a little pat wet and dry tattoo stand to and bubble gum ball machine like they literally have it all

Cici‘s Pizza for the win I went in not expecting it to be packed and it was packed, but I can tell why there was a manager their name by the name of James and his welcoming demeanor and going out his way to make sure everybody had fresh items on the buffet with Crazy Work. I definitely enjoyed it. The kids enjoyed the arcade. It was truly amazing to be greeted with smiles, even when we were leaving the staff was very friendly. Definitely will be back.

This is the best Cici’s I have ever been to and I have been to a lot of locations across many different states. The dining room was busy, but they kept the buffet fully stocked the entire time I was eating. The pizza and cinnamon buns were by far the best I have ever had. The cinnamon buns were baked to perfection and loaded with cinnamon and icing. I could tell the employees put a lot of love and care providing an excellent customer experience. I am looking forward to coming here on a weekly basis with friends and family in the future.

The only reason I thought this might be a good idea is I had 3 borrowed children that love pizza. The dining room was dirty., The restrooms were dirty, the tongs on the “so called” salad bar were greasy from someone’s hands! Gross. There was a marinara and overcooked pasta option that may have been ok for children. Very bland. The typical pepperoni, cheese, veggie thin pizza pizza. I’m telling you, nothing even close to being flavorful. The cheese didn’t stretch at all. I questioned it to be honest. I did eat 2 pieces of the cinnamon buns. It was decent. If I had known, I would have picked up 2 little Caesars pizzas and went home.
