We just got done ordering a lot of food from the store and the amount of time to get this big order out was great. I understand the frustration with having a giant order surprise you however. The staff rude comments and remarks from the back were not suitable for a fast food customer service restaurant and I am appalled at the fact that they were not able to maintain self control in front of customers. I also heard the remarks they were making to other customers about us saying how we laughed about placing such a big order. That is slander and I don’t like being lied about we were just at our table having a good conversation about things at home and yall assumed we were laughing at yall. Keep your remarks and comments to yourself and be professional in front of customers if you don’t want to make the food that is order nobody is keeping you there the door is open sometimes it’s best to just stay quiet until you get home. Other than that the service was great. Just be more respectful to your customers I’m not naming any names this time.

Have no idea what’s been going on with mcdonald’s on clark’s river road maybe need to be retrained or new management. The last three times i’ve went and got large fries this is the outcome i receive, a 3/4 full large fry. They even made me wait for them to be “Fresh”, this is a huge reason people have stopped coming to mcdonald’s their service is mediocre and prices are too high for the value of food you get in return. Will not be back to this location I will drive across town instead.
