Well, I think all of us were looking forward to our brand new McDonald’s. Since they moved it from the other side of the highway, it’s a little inconvenient but the service has been terrible staff.Doesn’t seem to want to work. And the coffee was cold last time. There are a few reasons as to why I’m giving this McDonald’s 2 stars. The very first being the ridiculous prices on everything. There have been 3 separate increases on pricing for everything in the last 5-6 months. I understand keeping up with increasing employees wages, but this is just a ripoff combined with the service they give.
On 3 separate occasions that I had ordered recently, every single time, the fries were not fresh. Not only that, but the box was barely half full. That is because the management and owners train employees to short customers on fries by not fully opening the box and FILLING it, despite them asking about $4-$5 for a large fry. Not only was it not full, but fries were soggy and not hot. Lukewarm, bottom of the fry station, 3 batches old at best. This was after asking for COOK TO ORDER.
When going inside, expect to not be helped quickly. Hygiene is prioritized at most restaurants, but this is not one of them. Over half of the employees LOOK dirty, like they rolled out of bed after not showering for a couple days. Most of them are being very unprofessional, saying inappropriate things to one another, throwing sauce packets at each other, and overall setting a poor standard for any children that come into the establishment. Also, management is very poor at this location. I’ve seen one decent shift manager, who is a very nice guy, but this one individual can hardly make up for the disrespectful, dishonest, or disturbingly dirty employees. There are a few good employees who look clean, and seem like they work great, but Jesus do they deserve better owners and bosses. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!
I would recommend Taco Bell, or if you really want a burger, head to Big Boys off of Jefferson Street or Steak and Shake if you want a fresh burger and fries.

Doesn’t know how to get my order right I specifically had on the order I wanted a sweet tea and i got the wrong drink and fries were ice cold i have told this store several times weather i walk in or get it delivered NO ONIONS BECAUSE I AM HIGHLY ALLERGIC AND EVERYTIME I GET MY FOOD THERE IS ALWAYS ONIONS SO I HAVE TO THROW THE FOOD AWAY NEXT TIME I GET ONIONS ON MY FOOD THIS STORE WILL BE GETTING MY MEDICAL BILL END OF STORY

Ordered 2 McChicken sandwiches with tomato and lettuce, got 2 dried out chicken cutlets with 2 pickles on each, no lettuce or tomatoes. My son got a Happy Meal with exactly 6 fries, unbelievable its a Monday and it wasn’t that busy.Wont be leaving without checking my order from now on, suggest everyone does the same!
