Cosy restaurant. Best suited for reservations with 2-3 people, cause it is a bit crowded. As a starter we had the shrimps, not a lot (5). Although it was tasty from the grill. As main dish I had the skewer with lamb, turkey and beef. Very good, nicely baked. Dessert dame blanche, could never go wrong 🙂
Service was quick, had to ask a few times for the wine menu though. I don’t know if the waiter didn’t hear me or that he forgot it, got it eventually so it was fixed 🙂

Very tasty food, very cheerful service and very relaxing atmosphere. A good place to round up a quiet weekend evening. Recommend!
One extra plus point (very important for me): you can order mixed grill for ONE portion instead of (compulsorily) two portions. It suits me very well because my son likes this but I am a small eater, we won’t be able to finish the meal if we order two portions. Look at my uploaded photos.

L’entrecôte was very tender even I should have ordered “medium” instead of “well-done”. The corn was sweet but not juicy enough
The salad was a fair share but a bit lack of tomatoes or cherry tomatoes besides only lettuce and a few slices of cucumbers

Good quality food… Really excellent beef, the lamb was a bit charred but understandable… The chef had many orders coming in. The service from the waiters was a bit hurried but the good enough. More options could have been discussed without having to run behind the waiter to ask questions. Hence the minus one star. The quality and quantity of the food was really good for the price.
I recommend this place to any carnivore looking for a good bite.

I’ll preface this with something about me. Single male traveller, larger build. Non drinker and poor Dutch language skill.
I arrived and as I feared it was a tourist trap but a mild one. I was hungry and needed a decent meal that was not fast food. I arrived and was seated it was a bit tight and I was bumped into often. Sadly this is the norm for me so life goes on. I scanned the menu and had the surf and turf. The food itself was well presented on a little charcoal grill. The sauces and condiments were placed with a basket of bread. I asked about the beer (this for me is where service fell to pieces) I asked about non alcoholic beer and the server grunted and went off. I was served a beer but I had no idea what it was, was it no alcohol or very low alcohol. A good server would let me know they did and point it out to me on the menu (which should show alcohol percentage but this restaurant was haphazard about it) or confirm that it is zero alcohol not just grunt. I just felt like I was unwelcome and I should eat and vacate. Taking into account my small needs I’d not recommend this restaurant at all.

The meat was cooked beautifully and I loved all the sauces that cake with it.

Environment and attention was good but honestly the food not so much (in my opinion). I ordered the Menu 1 and was a bit tasteless, the lamb had a weird expired or about to expire taste. OVERPRICED SAUCES and NOT GOOD (the ones you pay not the ones included. The overall wasn’t too bad but I was expecting more. I think there is A LOT of room for improvemen, you should definitely try it for yourself, maybe just a bad/unlucky day but I personally won’t be returning
