The purpose of this review is to give the store manager and or general manager a clear understanding of what’s going on at this particular store. First and foremost, this store has recently been remodeled which im sure cost a pretty penny. However, if you dont have competent professional crew members, your just putting lipstick on a pig. On to the review, I had been seeing the reviews on the new whopper featuring the new bun, mayo and wrapping and box. So I was excited to try based on all the reviews I saw. I ordered 2 whoppers with cheese which cost me 15 bucks… burgerking you need to do something about your prices 15 bucks for 2 burgers is ridiculous. I get to the window and the cashier is on her phone in drive thru, she didnt acknowledge me nor did she offer any pleasantries. She then went to another co-worker to show her what was on her phone. All of this was so unprofessional. She came back to the window told me the price gave me my food . The burgers were not half wrapped an just thrown in the box…. whats the point in changing your burgers for the better if the crew still does things substandard. I hate that certain areas get bad reviews when its the people working in these restaurants that control the outcome. Proper customer service training and grill training is needed to make this store successful. If not all the money spent to remodel this store will be a waste….because it will surely implode.

so considering there were only 2 employees working whence I arrived, and about 7 people came in at one time, they did pretty good to get everyone’s orders out in a decent amount of time. they were out of shakes, which is always disappointing, but the churro fries I received in lieu were amazing.

I don’t know what happened to this location, but the current staff working this night of October 25th 2025 is without a doubt the laziest unknowledgeable employees I have encountered in recent history. The floors are similar to that of an ice rink, due to them being mopped with dirty grease water, the fountain machine had absolutely no beverages stocked except for two or three sugar free varieties, and to top it all off none of the employees knew how to remove the $2.69 cup of water that I was charged for, didn’t want, but had no choice to pay for. avoid this location at all costs, at least on weekend evenings. corporate really needs to intervene here because this used to be a pretty good Burger King but now it’s an absolute joke.

Went in and 3 employees not doing anything an went to the counter where there was no customers except me and my brother the manager said use the kiosk has she walked away rudely. If it was a regular employee, that would be something. But a manager to do that to a customer very bad for business.

I received the wrong order still after repeating what my order was, I asked for barbecue sauce and was told there was some inside the bag. Got home there was no barbecue sauce on top of me not receiving the right order. I don’t know what’s the thing with giving out condiments to customers who’s willing to pay, but get it together!!

Horrible Customer Service. And my food was cold very freaking cold. And when I attempted to get a remake, I had even more attitude and the food came out the exact same temperature so frustrating. Especially for the price that you’re paying for food nowadays.

The manager was so unprofessional. She thinks she can talk to anyone any way.The employees do the same. A personal pink tumbler on the serving counter.
