One of my favorite Starbucks locations in the Sugar Land area. It’s a great spot to catch up with friends or get work done remotely.
Naomi greeted me with excellent service from the start. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She kept my coffee filled while I was working and made a point to address customers by their first names. That level of attention makes a difference and is top notch! Gotta show her some love!
She was great, and I’ll definitely be back.

Love this one in particular Chris is Amazing
He is an excellent leader. Always kind knowledgeable and providing Phenomenal customer service.He went above above and beyond to extend a Amazing experience for the customer.
I highly recommend this Starbucks and hopefully Chris is there he is so Professional going above and beyond he is a Manager to be admired by many.I have been a customer over 30 years and Chris is truly the definition of Ambassador for Starbucks.You will definitely will want to revisit.I wish it was 10 stars for the Professionalism he demonstrates.

I called this location my second home, everybody here is very friendly, welcoming, all the time I get my order the way I wanted it. All managers and other Starbucks personnel are awesome specially Naomi, she is AMAZING.
If you need a clean quiet location for work study or having a good time, I highly recommend recommended this location.

This Starbucks is abmysal at best. I waited almost 15 minutes for a grande matcha latte. Mainly because people who placed their orders online were served first. I then get my $7 coffee and see the pic attached. Not even fully blended. I will not be back here. This is why I drink Dutch Bros smh.

Very pleased with the newest staff they are hiring! The older staff used to be very grumpy and not friendly AT ALL! This made me not visit this Starbucks location as much anymore. I came recently and staff wasn’t very talkative or friendly but they weren’t RUDE either how the other staff used to be. Hoping this location is improving, I’ll be back soon! Also love the new mobile order pickup bar addition to many Starbucks locations. Makes it much easier to pick up when I place a mobile order!

The Sugar Land Town Center location is centrally located, right across from City Hall and the green space. Excellent customer service and order preparation. Perfect place to order and enjoy a stroll.

This Starbucks seems to always be under-stocked compared to others. I always have to change my order because they are out of a particular item.The store is dirty, inside and out, dirty floor, chairs scattered across the floor and dirty, smudged glass where the pastries are kept.
