I haven’t been to one of these restaurants in years due to the quality has gone down. Well this was a good visit. We got 20 boneless wings with mild, honey bbq, and honey garlic. All three flavors are good. It was a good chicken to bread ratios. All wings came out hot. We also had the cheese curds and they were also delicious. Honestly there was no issues with service and food. This visit gives me hope for this restaurant chain.

Been to this location a handful of times. Every time is the same. We were sat and had several servers walk past us without giving us drinks. We have been sitting here for 15 minutes without anyone greeting us. Finally called the restaurant to have them send someone, they said “ok” and nobody came for another 10 minutes. The 15 boneless wings were all breading and honestly just sad. The 10 traditional wings came out all drumsticks… not requested this way. & the cook dumped seasoning on ONE wing, so I had to dip my wings in ranch and then scrape up the seasoning that was on the plate.
If the owner doesn’t wish to close down he/she better do some serious quality control. Get your trainers under control. We should never be handed menus to seat ourselves (like we did tonight) and then never be helped for 30min…. Not to mention ruin this isn’t the first time.

First off, we love Bdubs, get it all the time. Not posting this to be a complainer, but In honest hopes these small issues can be resolved. In previous months we would always get our wings separated with divider and stickers on each corner to show which flavor is which. Lately we get them all tossed around the divider messed up and can’t tell which is which. Also disappointed when we get wings that barely have any sauce and dry to the touch.
Again, we love bdubs, and these are small issues. But as much money as we spend here would love to see more attention to detail that’s all. Thank you! Food is always good!

We came in with a large party of 25 people, and the experience was outstanding. The staff handled our group efficiently and professionally, stayed on top of everything, and never missed a beat. Our food came out fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered, which is impressive with a group that size. The service was friendly, attentive, and well-organized from start to finish. Huge thanks to the team for making it a great experience — we’ll definitely be back!

B(Bella) was the best server we’ve had in a very long time!! She was so friendly and attentive. We got everything we needed and didn’t have to ask for anything. She made our night and made us laugh. We will definitely be back and we will be asking for her by name! Food was hot and delicious. Wouldn’t have changed a thing.

I had an awesome experience thanks to Myra! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcome and taken care of. She was friendly, attentive, and super knowledgeable about the menu — she even recommended a few sauces I probably wouldn’t have tried otherwise (and they were spot-on).
Our drinks never ran low, our food came out perfectly timed, and she checked in just the right amount — not too much, not too little. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in her work.

Ordered a boneless wing bundle through the app for delivery. No fries in delivery. Called store to inquire about fries or a refund. Only options I was given by manager Marcus were to come get them myself (defeats the purpose of a delivery order. We have a newborn at home) or they would write my name down and if I mentioned it on my next visit they would give me an undisclosed discount.. no paper trail, no promise, no solution and no fries.
Food was great, but the principle of not getting what I ordered but having to pay for it is theft.

Food in itself tasted good, the service however was a little shaky. I think the original person who was supposed to serve us ditched us and so we were rescued by Marc and he was great. My main issue is with the kitchen staff, I know things might be busy but here is a simple solution. There are 20 wings with 4 different flavors being shared by 4 persons kids included, 4 different flavors with 4 different heat levels. The serving tray came with no indication as to what was what, there are 4 tabs on the serving paper just put each flavor sticker in each respective corner rather than cluster all the stickers in one spot. One flavor was even missing, I really didnt feel like complaining just let it slide. But dang thats a really simple solution.
