So lots of negative reviews so I’ll put this up. Went in with my younger sister, not much trash on the ground and restaurant was fairly clean. Employees were friendly, I did ask for extra rice and the guy happily gave me more and a decent amount of steak. I’m sure I went on a good night but I’m fine with it. My food was good and my sister enjoyed hers as well

I go to this chipotle a lot and have had some great experiences and a lot of not great ones. I have had many instances of less than half the amount of food in my bowl because I ordered it online. Today is the experience that will cause me to drive out of my way somewhere else. The chips being stale and bowl half empty was normal, but the sofritas were rock hard, meaning they’ve been sitting out probably for hours. They are small pieces so it makes the bowl inedible and support is no help. Also there was a piece of steak in my bowl. Vegetarians should consider ordering from the other chipotle.

I went into this chipotle hoping to give it another chance since it’s the closest one to me. I was extremely disappointed. The servers were not very kind and were talking to each other and acted like I was an inconvenience. I had to repeat my order multiple times because they weren’t listening to me or each other. I got the last bits of multiple items (they were scrapping the bottom of their containers to make my bowl). Then when I went to eat my bowl I found lettuce with large pieces of DIRT on them! Also the rice was hard and chunky. While the price of the food here is decent I’m very disappointed in the quality.

I placed an oder online for delivery. The pick up person smoked pot before an during pick up. They gave him our food anyway. The food smelled horrible. I could not feed it to my it to my children. We took it back. They admitted the person was smoking pot and reeked of it, but would not refund my money. They told me to contact Doordash. I have gone back and forth with both. No one will give me a refund.

Chipotle is one of my favorite places to eat…in CA, AZ, ID, NM, and other places I’ve lived and traveled through. However this specific location is NOT! After moving to Melbourne Fl and eating here several times I said I’d never go back and have reviewed them bad before. Well many months have gone by so I thought I’d try them again so about a week ago I had a bowl with chicken & carnitas that was excellent! So a few days later I went there again and I promise to never go back and don’t recommend eating here. As you can see in the pictures the portion of food in my bowl was half full at best which I commented in a very nice way of the poor portion while checking out and the employees working there didn’t seem to care at all and ignored me. Then while siting down inside to eat as you can see in the picture the rice was a big ball stuck together of cold rice! Done with this place. The consistency is ridiculous, it’s hit and miss and mostly miss on quality, cleanliness and definitely off on the caring part of the employees.

I am writing this review specifically about the chips at Chipotle Mexican Grill – in Melbourne 192 location. because calling them “chips” feels legally questionable.
These were not chips. These were the idea of chips. Thin, pale, brittle fragments that tasted like they were lightly waved near a salt shaker sometime last week. Half the bag was dust, the other half snapped like drywall. I’ve had more structural integrity from a communion wafer.
Whoever salted these clearly did so emotionally. One chip had enough salt to cure meat. The next had none at all. It was like a roulette wheel of disappointment. Every bite was a gamble and the house always won.
And let’s talk freshness. These tasted like they were fried during a previous administration and stored under a heat lamp powered by sadness. If you told me they were reheated leftovers from yesterday’s leftovers, I would believe you without hesitation.
The guac deserved better. The queso deserved better. I deserved better.
Chipotle, I am begging you. Please stop punishing your customers with these chips. At this point, just hand out napkins and call it a day.
Would not recommend. Would not forgive. Will emotionally recover in 3 to 5 business days.

The quality at this location has gone way down. The rice is crunchy & undercooked. The past couple times we’ve gone, the rice isn’t fully cooked. The burrito was basically just a rice burrito. There was hardly any meat in the burrito. We tried using our coupon for the free guacamole. After 5 min the cashier finally figured out the coupon and then proceeded to not put the guacamole in our bag…awesome. every time we leave feeling like it was a waste of money. It’ll definitely be quite awhile before we give this location another chance.

Worst location for the amount of food they give. I don’t like giving bad reviews so last few times I have been I thought maybe off day. Well now I have gone three time and they don’t even cover the bottom of the bowls with rice then very little meat and maybe two bites of guacamole and the two bites had hard chunks of avocado in it. It just sad for the price. I love chipotle but don’t go to this one. Wish I took pictures but there are plenty of pictures to see saying same thing. Just sad for prices

I’ve been a fan of Chipotle for years, but this location really let me down (tried multiple times hoping it was a fluke, it’s not). The portions were shockingly small—barely enough to cover the bottom of the bowl. I watched the staff scoop the ingredients so lightly it felt like they were rationing food during a shortage. I understand consistency is key for a brand, but this was nowhere near what I get at other Chipotles. If I’m paying full price, I expect a full meal, not a snack. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling shortchanged and disappointed. Definitely won’t be returning to this location unless things change.
