Horrible customer service. Employees cant wrap burritos. When I asked them to re wrap mine because of a giant hole they made a big deal out of it. Everyone spoke spanish and didnt think I understood them but when I left the called me a name I cant post in this comment. Idk what’s going on with chipolte lately bur the customer service and worker quality is lacking.
Updating this review because I went back today. This is what this place has given me as a burrito. Picture posted is as of 1/14/2026. This is crazy that a place that specializes in burritos would call this ok.

This place is pitiful! Ordered double meat and only received half of the portions I paid for. My 2nd bowl they didnt even put the chicken in that was ordered and my burrito was cold! Very disappointed as I’ve always like Chipotle but not so much anymore.

From the very beginning of our interaction, the Chipotle worker was unprofessional and rude toward both me and my cousin. When my cousin politely asked for extra meat, the worker responded with an attitude and acted as if the request was a burden. When it was my turn, she treated me the same way — short, irritated responses and a clearly dismissive tone. Even worse, when I asked for extra meat and paid for it, she gave me the tiniest scoops possible, nowhere near the portion that “extra” is supposed to be. It felt intentional and spiteful, not just careless. What made the situation completely unacceptable was what she chose to say next. Thinking we wouldn’t understand her, she started talking about us in Spanish. I heard her clearly say, “Siempre son los negros siendo difíciles,” meaning, “It’s always the Black people being difficult.” This was openly discriminatory, offensive, and absolutely not something any customer should ever hear from an employee. When I looked at her and said, “¿Qué tú dijiste?” asking “What did she say” she immediately went silent, realizing I understood everything she said and that she had been caught. This wasn’t just poor service it was targeted disrespect, racial bias, and a complete lack of professionalism. No customer should be treated this way, especially when they are paying for their food and simply asking to receive what they paid for.

This location is going down hill. They barely give you portions, very rude when you ask for more! Chicken cold, hard, burnt, and old with no flavor! This location used to be the best one not anymore guacamole was so horrible omg just a waste of money! The queso also is being made to thick now

I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon. The cashier was very rude and needs better training . I asked for a 20 oz drink and her response is “I don’t know which cup that is. Small or large”. Decided to let that comment go. As I was looking for my card to pay she says “are you paying with card”. I was very clearly looking for my card in my wallet. Considering there was no one else in line behind me, I am not sure why she was trying to rush me out.

My kids and I are regulars at this particular location. Like literally twice a week. They are usually on point and the food good. This last time, not so good, at all. We ordered 3 bowls. The boys got chicken, and I got steak. They didn’t have any black beans, mixed veggies, CHEESE, or lettuce. They offered spinach instead, which were huge pieces. Once we got home to eat, we all were highly disappointed in how it tasted. You could clearly tell it was missing things, and that threw the whole meal off. Then my youngest had a bone in his bowl from I’m assuming the chicken. I had a big chunk of avocado in mine. Needless to say, none of us ate much of our food and ended up just going to bed! To think, I actually used my points for one of the bowls and paid for the others. Of course, me being the review geek, I went online, thinking I’d be able to leave my contact information and also to do the review, in which it never asked for a call back number to contact me. If someone would reach out to rectify this situation, I’d greatly appreciate it!

This a very good Chipotle location. They are very quick in serving. Most of the time there is not a long line. Add you can’t see from the pictures they are passing to keep social distancing even if you dine in. There is plenty of parking spots around and it is close to I-45. I recommend this Chipotle location of you need to get something to eat quick and relatively healthy for fast food standards.

I have not once had a good experience at this location to the point I have been going to a location about 12 minutes away and have a wonderful experience
They never give a good amount of food and take forever to refill ingredients to the point that the food gets stale
last night they put about 2 ounces of pork on my burrito and when I asked for more they looked me straight in the eyes and asked if I wanted double meat when I told them no I want a reasonable portion of food which I was then reluctantly given and I had to get a Mexican coke since this locations soda machine is never properly calibrated so the soda is massively watered down which has always been an issue and finally once I finally sat down to eat the rice was dry and some parts even clumped up and couldn’t even be bit into so I had to take it out of my mouth and set aside
Overall terrible location that I’ve delayed making a review for in the hopes that it will eventually get better
Chipotle Corporate needs to investigate this location and retrain everyone involved including managers and the owner
