Seriously rude to me and I’m pregnant, you get a few free sauces with an item. I got a burger and blast with a gift card, I used all that was on it but 8 cents. I got my order brought out and my sauces weren’t in the bag, my server had walked away and it was on the ticket. I pushed the button to let them know my sauces were missing and was polite, he said to hold on for his manager. She was very rude and said it’s 25 cents per sauce. I said I’m not ordering sauce, it was missing from my order and I am just wanting to get them please. She said the app doesn’t charge but they do and to have a good day.

The food is generally really good here in the service is almost always really good even though it is often young people who I am glad they have jobs available to them that they can go to school or right after they get out of school to go to and otherwise the only real problem is the access and exits to the place in the tightness of the parking tends to cause a lot of fender benders and accidents just due to limited amount of maneuverable space around the establishment so though I really like the food I tend to avoid going there because I’m worried about getting into an accident and I have seen them happened in the past but it is a very good place to eat and for quick food that you will like with good service and affordability

I am only rating the shakes on this post. We ordered 2, and what we received wasn’t up to par. I have always enjoyed their shakes.
Temps outside was in the 80s, and we were wanting a COLD chocolate shake. It wasn’t cold at all, more like a luke warm cool whip. Sorry, SONIC, but we will not waste our money on this poor product and less likely to visit your business as this used to be my biggest reason for stopping.

Watch out for this place if you have strict dietary needs! They got my order wrong during happy hour and I got very sick. I have type 1 diabetes and it’s very important that I know how much sugar I am consuming. I ordered a diet Dr Pepper on the app and they gave me regular Dr Pepper. It’s even on my receipt that it was indeed supposed to be a diet Dr Pepper. I don’t understand how that kind of mistake is made on an order. I was driving and sipping and didn’t notice my blood sugar being high until it was about half gone. I felt so sick and it took the rest of the day to get my blood sugar back down and for me to feel normal again. I’m just glad I didn’t drink the entire Route 44 before I noticed it. I could have gone into DKA had I not caught it when I did. Please please please Sonic pay closer attention to what you are doing when you are preparing drinks and food orders for customers.

Stopped at sonic and couldn’t order because all the parking spots to order were for mobil pickup. Not one car was at them. We just left without stopping to order anything. Lost my business today.
