Burger was burnt, fries also burnt…and, as expected: NO SOUP.
How do you know that dinner rush is coming but YOU DON’T THAW THE SOUP TO SERVE TO GUESTS?! I did NOT want a nasty hamburger – I WANTED SOUP! And, maybe some broccoli. Not every customer wants to be YELLED AT WHEN THEY WALK IN THE DOOR OR EAT UNHEALTHY FOOD!
STOP YELLING AT PEOPLE WHEN THE WALK IN THE DOOR!
And, wipe off your table tents – they’re covered in boogers!

Food is not bad. BUT. As a bus driver bringing 50+ customers to your restaurant, most restaurants happily supply the bus driver with a complimentary meal. But not this place. My 50+ paying customers will be eating elsewhere until this Culver’s changes their policy and stops being so cheap.

We took one of my sisters out to lunch and Culver’s doesn’t disappoint. I see why they have long lines.
I ordered the meatloaf dish, my sister and husband ordered burgers.
My meatloaf was very tender and potatoes were very good with the gravy and broccoli.
Hubs and sister said their meal was very good too.
The staff was nice and polite.
The restaurant was clean as well as the restrooms.
We will definitely go back. ❤

I watched them drop my food on the ground and they didn’t remake it or try to put it in another bag and when I told them I watched it fall on the ground and would like it remade the older lady rolled her eyes at me shoved the food in my car and walked away from me. Worst experience here by far, and as someone who works closely with ecosure this was very unsafe food practices and now makes me question their food safety.

They got our order wrong. They were very kind and willing to fix our order. We got back to the car with our replacement food, and our order was still wrong.
The manager apologized and refunded us our money.

We were in there waiting for cash register though because I need help in the front. well instead of the girl asked who was here first I was there before anybody else in line she goes to the white guy that would’ve been back of me and took his order first, so I left

This location needs to get new kitchen help. 38 minute wait for 2 hamburgers, chicken sandwich and fries. The chicken sandwich had no bun on it. The food was only luke warm at best I eat at Culver’s in various states traveling with my job. Normally the food is excellent at Culver’s. Hope they do better next time.

Staff was really nice and helped me with everything I needed.very courteous. Drinks were refreshing. I especially love their tea. Food was hot and fresh. Fish was good and spicy chicken sandwich was delish.

We arrived at 7:11 and placed an order for two concrete mixers. The order was not prepared until 7:30, and only after I went inside to inquire, as our order had been misplaced. During that time, two orders placed after ours were completed while there were no customers ahead of us. Although an apology was offered, no further explanation was provided. Had I not gone inside to follow up, we likely would have continued waiting.
