I stopped by this Starbucks while traveling, and it was truly the best experience I’ve had at any Starbucks in the U.S. The cappuccino was amazing—perfectly made and so delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Out of all the Starbucks locations I’ve been to across different states, this one really stands out as the best!

The leadership and management of this place is really really good and the staff and the employees and the management at the corporate level and at the store level really makes sure that everyone that walks in the store regardless of the racial background or race or color of their skin whether they are white, brown, black or purple or for that matter even red are treated with respect and kindness, and people say hi to them and welcome them They certainly do not at all at all at all ignore people that are brown colored or Black people and they certainly do not skip the hellos and the welcome vibe with them when they walk in the staff is really really, really, really really good and the staff members do not make a big deal about if someone dare to accidentally look at the way towards the barista with a smile or just normally causally.. to look at the staff members making coffee once they do not roll their eyes or Escalate things .. or say weird things to themselves ( as if something crazy has happened )… the customers can look once in an hour towards baristas … it’s not such a weird or big deal… they don’t at all
At all at all make things awkward and weird with the customer ( no matter if it’s a brown or black or white or even red customer – coz that maybe rude or maybe a bit. Weird to escalate things for no good reason and making issues when there are none … and the staff and management isn’t that way at all) . The staff is in the management is really good with making sure that everyone feels comfortable feel safe feels welcomed and it’s not made to feel awkward because of the skin color or the race that they have this. I really appreciate at the store level and the corporate level. The leadership management is really good with this People that bully and make others feel awkward because of the skin color are not tolerated. THEY ALSO DO NOT AT ALL DO WEIRD THINGS LIKE CRANK UP THE AC AND AIR CONDITIONING …AND and make it unbearable …and incomfortable for customers to stay in…and dine in…that would be torcher…and doesn’t seem like a customer friendly and welcoming thing to do….Thank you so much for having a welcoming, nice caring, respectful atmosphere and thank you so much. The service is fast and quick. The orders are great and the food is really awesome and I really appreciate that. Thank you so much for that 🙂 <3

So disappointe because my Drink to sweet don’t even taste espresso even in the order come with triple espresso . Normally I get 3 pumps white mocha but today I just want 2 pumps. It’s supposed to be stronger tastes but all I taste milk . They did remake 3 time in the same cup with 3 different people even I show them a picture but come out more worse instead better because all my espresso gone .They told me different people made will come out different , I understand that but I come 4 different Starbucks 4 different city with the same drink all come out the same , tastes the same. I normally not complaint because they always made good drink ,I did drive 30 mins to come here to get favorite drink but so sad because the drink not good at all Finally I throw that drink in the trash and order pay for different drink

Loved the coffee and the staff. The cashier Chris was fantastic in showcasing the new coconut milk vanilla drink. He described it so well that I had to have one. Thank goodness he did because I loved it. It was a really great experience. The rest of the staff was great also. Best Starbucks I have been to in a while and I go very often.

Congratulations to Kyle — today is his first day working @ SBUX. Understandably he was having a little trouble keying in my complicated order. Then my SBUX phone app inexplicably wigged out & I couldn’t use my stars ⭐️ to pay for my coffee. I offered to step out of line while I got my app fixed. Brooke stepped in, performed a Jedi Knight trick, and comped my drink. I doubly admired her Master’s level customer service maneuver: turning a newbie employee + a tech-dull customer into a pleasant surprise, and who doesn’t love a free Venti? 😉

I usually visit Starbucks in Bossier closer to my job however I had to drive to Ruston and decided to go to their Starbucks instead so it would be free for my mom apparently different stores carry different products not only that I asks for brown sugar oat milk espresso hot no ice with 2 extra pumps of brown sugar I received a blonde espresso no extra anything so I was about 5 minutes away and tasted it and realized it wasn’t what I ordered went back and told them exactly what I wanted the made the exact same thing again remind you I get the same thing in Bossier no problem no issues Ruston location is a joke and need new staff that’s more educated on how to make drink orders. Shout to Starbucks Beane Blvd in Bossier great customer service friendly knowledgeable on overall fantastic you guys make my mornings a lot easier.
