Cheeseburgers are lacking in flavor did not remember the sauce in the second order. The speaker through the drive-through was barely curable because the volume was low brought it up to an employee there and they said that they’ve been having problems for a month or so which leads me to think get it fixed but they won’t. They’ll just let it keep on being a daily difficult thing for people to deal with and probably not gonna go back to this location of Dairy Queen and it’s like right off the main street so disappointing.

Waited in line for over 15 minutes with only one car ahead of us. And with waiting that long I expected our order to be correct which it wasn’t. Half of the employees were standing around not doing anything. Also for what we ordered the food seems extremely over priced

Ordered my lunch around 11:50, food was supposed to be ready by 12:02. I showed up around 12:12 as I had to make a stop prior to my arrival. Waited until 12:23 until food was ready. I only ordered tenders, fries, and a slushy lmao. There was barely anyone there when I got there. No reason it should’ve taken 30+ minutes for a single meal. Now I have less than 10 minutes to eat my lunch before clocking in. :/

My name is Zaria. Me and my boyfriend went to Dairy Queen last night. We order 2 baskets. 2 shakes and a sundae. As they pull me up for my order. I told them last week when me and my boyfriend came. They forgot our gravy’s in the chicken strip baskets. So as we are pulling up and waiting. We already been waiting for 20 mins. I remind them the last time we came. We didn’t get our gravy’s. So I inform them to make sure the gravy’s in the basket. As the little girl came out. She had 1 ponytail. Her hair was green. She told me for future reference. The next time you come. Gravy don’t come into the basket. Then I proceeded to tell her. I work here at this location for 5 years. Gravy always came in the baskets. She gave us attitude in all. After I told her that. She didn’t even tell us have a good night. She proceeded to laugh in our faces. Once we got home. The 3 piece basket. Was steal missing it’s gravy. Like I said. I work here for 5 years in the pass. I would know what comes on burgers. In what goes in the basket. But the attitude in laughing in our faces. Was not ok. We came around 10:35pm.

Don’t even deserve one star, smh. I ordered through DoorDash. The service was quick but when I opened my bag there was literally no burger… the only thing that was in there was a literal fry and medium shake, (which I did order) but no burger. Honestly, why do you guys hire such careless people? Do you not care about your reputation as a business? I’ll never be doordashing from here again and I will never eat here ever again. I recommend anyone else not to eat here because clearly they hire people who don’t know how to even bag correctly, smh.
