I went 2 days in a row!!! for them to tell me they don’t have any spicy legs @10:30 pm…and not dropping anything else, but they don’t close until 12:00pm….then when I asked the manager “y’all stop cooking at 10 o clock ?” She responds with a smart reply and lies and said it’s 11…I said no it’s 1030…then I had to ask for my receipt instead of just receiving it like I’m supposed to… then I ordered a 3p classic box it was supposed to have a leg, wing, and a thigh, bc they did not inform me that they didn’t have any classic legs either instead just gave me what they wanted to without asking….. THEN THEY ALSO GAVE ME SOME OLD COLD FRIES!!!!!0/10 never going back to this location!!!!!

Ordered 6 wings Dine in received box in bag. Limited if any English so I didn’t see the point in verbal dispute. Never have I ever eaten undercooked chicken so I see no point in trying now. Red at the bone, rubbery flesh to pull apart, white and yellow. Mind you since it was to go, it had time to rest (settle) out of the grease. The skin beneath the crust still shows wrinkles, raw not by any means fried or crispy. Photos taken after I saw red and air hit it before I could get to my phone. 5 of 6 and a possible is a spoiled dinner, $7.57 wasted.

The worst popeyes location! If you can avoid this one please do so! There food is always raw, dry, burnt or old. I will not be returning to this location but I wanted to share to check your chicken before your kids just grab it. Unfortunately I did not check it & my son grabbed a raw chicken breast piece there were also raw tigh pieces. Also I’ve been trying to call them for thr past 2 hours and no answer.

I usually go to this Popeyes location since it’s closed to home but I’ll no longer visit until they get it together. 1/24 around 10PM I bought sauced wings to only get wings that are barely sauced at all, then it’s cold at that… I used to have faith at this one but now they’ve lost that honestly.

I will never visit this store again. The staff and manager suck. I was highly offended because they forgot my red beans and rice. I hadn’t even left the drive thru to check my food. I backed up to the window to tell them and they all looked at me like I was crazy. Then asked for my bag back so all 5 employees can look in the bag at my food. When I asked for a refund they got mad. One thing I don’t have to do is steal side. Smh

I ordered the fazbear box deluxe box, and was told it’s unavailable but they have the original non deluxe box, although it’s advertised on the digital menu board and the windows. They have all the ingredients to make the box including the cupcake and drink since I was able to order everything on the box and it came out more than the deluxe box itself. Definitely a sour taste of this experience and probably won’t be back anytime soon.

Disappointing Customer Service and Management
The only positive aspect of my visit was the great late-night hours they offer. Unfortunately, everything else was a significant disappointment.
Key Issues Encountered:
Property Maintenance: There is a huge hole in the parking lot which is a safety concern and needs immediate repair.
App/Coupon Issues:The coupons displayed on the mobile app were not accepted, creating frustration at the point of sale.
Inadequate Customer Service:The staff was unhelpful in resolving the issues. Most concerning, the manager, Jacqueline, was unable to provide assistance or find a solution for the coupon discrepancy.
When both the staff and the manager are unwilling or unable to resolve simple issues, it reflects poorly on the entire operation. This business needs significant customer service training. I cannot recommend this location based on this experience.
