Best Mexican Paleteria in San José!
If you come on the weekends they usually have a big line but weekdays are more empty.
They have a variety of ice creams and paletas, my favorite is coco de agua and Fresa. They also have a lot of Mexican chips that you can ask to add in your snacks.

This place is great the large mangonada is a little pricey $10.50 the regular size is perfect $6.50 it fills you up…. this place has the best mangonada they use fresh mango not the soggy old one… they give you a lot!! Their ice cream is fresh and good too… parking is very limited you might have to park down the street and walk.

Try the mangonadas, they are delicious! This is a great place for Mexican style fruits and ice cream treats. We went early Saturday afternoon and it was pretty packed with people, plus there was a steady stream of people coming and going. The staff is very nice and there are quite a few of them to take your order. The only drawback is that it’s cash only, we didn’t know that going in and there was no sign posted.
