They are not friendly, they keep talking about drama of people’s orders. If they don’t like their job, go somewhere else. People don’t deserve to be treated like this. Being very slow and they are not busy..I spent 40. I’ve been waiting so far 20 minutes. This is ridiculous!

So i havnt ate fast food in a long time and haven’t had taco bell im years but I use to eat it all the time … I do order outback from door dash or maybe some real Mexican food but fast food i stopped… so I went to this taco bell today, and its like slop… the shell for the chulupas were hard and the meat is so slimy… and ppl line up for this stuff… they have got so use to ppl just accepting what ever so they give you what ever and you pay for it because its convenient…

This place is disgusting I usually do drive thru but this time I decided to go in, no one in the front counter no one looks at you or acknowledges you The place is super messy. I ordered a large order and was missing 10 tacos. By the time I got home, I realized the tacos were gone. I was 20 minutes away. It would have been a 40-minute trip. I called back to just get the tacos removed from my card. They said I needed to bring the card back, and then they could refund the tacos or give me tacos. But the way the manager talked to me was the worst. So I’ve been going to this Taco Bell for 20 years, and now I’m never going again. And I’m leaving a one-star review. I’d leave a zero star if I could.

I ordered online. I was told to come in because the drive-thru was not operating, but because I guess I had an online order, I was able to stay in the drive thru. I was literally the only person in the line and I waited about 20 minutes only for my food to look like this. This is unacceptable. I don’t mind waiting for my food but in return I would like it to be edible. It looks like they just slapped this together. It’s so disappointing. The price of the food keeps going up, but the quality of the food is going down. Shame!

People goof around alot at this store at night I think some cant read check order every time I go to this one they mess up my order leave something out the one in Lincoln park near messes up my order its further away then the last time i was treated like I was lying my family loves taco bellni spend way to much money to be acting like im a liar have your cashiers count the items that being in bag make sure it matches before handing it out that would save alot of problem. They can Do so much better this why people don’t think 15 hr should be paid

Went there around 5pm and got BURNT chicken nuggets and I ordered the 5pc, they didnt give me no fries which I didnt realize until I got home. The only thing they didnt mess up was my grilled cheese burrito.

We come up to the hill quite often, my kids love Taco Bell but every time we choose this location, we sit in the drive-through forever or they always have technical problems. Several times we’ve had issues here . I Won’t go back.
