This was my first visit. I had a 7:30 reservation and arrived 30 minutes early. Seated by 7:15. Our waiter Marcus, was quite pleasant and provided great feedback of our meal choice. He was quick and attentive. For our first course, we had local beet salad and mussels. Absolutely delicious!!! For the entree we had the swordfish replacement, Tilefish ( because they sold out of the swordfish). We’ve never heard of Tilefish and it was a great choice!!The shrimp and grits was delicious and savory. The only thing we were not to happy with was the cold air coming from the patio. It was a rather cool night. It was hard to relax because we were cold, sadly. I’m sure the atmosphere would have been better if we were not so cold. The parking is extremely tight and small so expect to possibly park on the street or use the valet parking. Overall, I would return again.

First time here during early dinner service on a Saturday. Marcus was our server and he was friendly and attentive. I ordered the lamb and ricotta tortellini for my first course, and it was not only delicious, but beautifully plated. For my second course, I went with the recommended steak and have to say, it was underwhelming. It was cooked to my requested temperature, but had a lot of fat and gristle, and wasn’t at all tender. I wish I had picked something else. I paired it with the Bodegas Tempranillo, which was excellent. For dessert I can never resist a crème brûlée so I went with that. Also delicious. My table mate enjoyed his mixed green salad, and shrimp and grits entree. Though my entree could’ve been better, I would still go back, and choose something different next time.

Excellent food choices. Next time plan to eat my way through the starter menu. The mussels and broth were cooked to perfection. The side bread was amazing. The wine selection was on point. I also had the SC sword fish entre’ which was excellent. Dessert was tasty along with hot coffee. I definitely will be back! Thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience.

Ashlea was an outstanding bartender. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive, and made the experience even better. If you’re sitting at the bar, she’s absolutely someone you want taking care of you. Please refer to the beautiful lady in the middle (Ashlea)!

We went in for brunch and had a fantastic meal!

The deviled eggs were fantastic as was the cheese spread. The burger was great as well. Good combination of flavors and the bun was light, but crisp.

The drinks were marvelous. The Second Opinion had some great smokiness which paired well with the other flavors.

Marleigh was a great server! Friendly and attentive.

Overall, an incredible experience and highly recommended!

Greeted by the sweet gentleman who valet parked our car. Walked into a fantastic old building with so much charm. High ceilings and exposed brick. I believe it was a machine shop with a hotel next store at one time. Had a charming table in the middle of the restaurant with cozy vibes. Our server Devin was kind and personable with a great overall knowledge of the menu. We shared fresh burrata with melon and a pickle cheese board. Outstanding with so much flavor. Being a vegetarian I had a pasta dish with cream and fresh vegetables which included zucchini, squash and tomatoes. My guests each had shrimp and grits. The grits are farmed from NC and the shrimp was the perfect size and full of flavor. Yes a spoon was also provided to lap it all up. The cocktails were delicious as well as a lovely bottle of red wine – Sangiovese- from Italy. Crème brûlée in a generous-sized ramekin was our dessert choice which was outstanding. Truly a special dining experience celebrating my son’s birthday. We will be back. A little gem in a sweet little city. Thank you!

If you only got time for one meal in Columbia, this is it the best duck I’ve ever had in America. Service was great. The owner stopped by my table to make sure I had a great experience. Will come back to try the steak.

Cool spot with great bar service!
I had a lovely cremant with my trout and grits meal for lunch.
The dish was missing something. The peas were off. I felt like a caper may have been a better option. It needed a pop of flavor. Otherwise, the trout on its own, and the grits on their own, were both fantastic.
I’d recommend a stop here. Very cool atmosphere. And a nice bathroom!

The food is unique, pricey but good. I had the NY strip, which was seasoned and perfectly cooked. The fingerling potatoes didn’t really have flavor but the asparagus did. For dessert, the chocolate cake was better than the vanilla creme brulee, as the sugar on the top was a bit over torched. The atmosphere was great, good for conversation. We were seated in the indoor patio area celebrating a birthday.

Great food, drinks, and ambiance. Cocktails were on par with the best that I’ve had anywhere else. Doug was on point with the service. Food was cooked and prepared perfectly. Can’t say enough good things about this place.
