My food was trash! I had it delivered. Clearly on the ticket it says sauces! No sauce came! I ora deluxe box, the two tacos were broken! Idk if they dod it on purpose because it was a door dash order and they knew I couldn’t bring it back!! Im so tired of fast food places! I didn’t expect anything but disappointment! This truly broke me but I will be cooking more from now on! I just needed a break from cooking bc of other issues I have going on with my health! No worries! Its not worth my dollar anymore! Lost a customer!

I have been eating tacobell for 20 years, long time consumer. It was the worst experience I ever had at any tacobell. I went with my family for lunch (dine-in). It took 45 mins to get my food after ordering. After placing order when the food didnt arrive for 30 mins, when I went to check with the staff, the team members/shift manager kept on ignoring me when I asked for updates. Since we were getting late, I requested if they have not started making the order if they can cancel the order, the guys ignored me & said they are training right now. The drive through wasnt even busy during this time. Worst experience ever!!!

Food is good, almost always hot and fresh, but frequently has little mistakes. Have ordered steak and gotten chicken multiple times. Also have to clarify every time that we were given a diet/zero drink because they’ll give you regular and not say anything about it unless you ask.
Highly recommend using the app to order because it’s way easier to get a refund. Also has better deals/rewards

Worst service I have ever had! I understand being busy this is no excuse to be condescending and rude! The fact that my 14 year old picked out how nasty the MANAGER was speaking to us through the drive thru says a lot! I decided to go inside just to be stopped by the customer in front of me to tell me she heard and would have gone inside the store herself. It’s sad how you can have a GREAT experience many times just for ONE BAD SEED to ruin it for everyone! And he made sure to call me “sweetie” at the very end to ensure I knew he was being condescending.

This was the worst experience of food I’ve ever had.i spent over $30 and that was $30 more than I’ll ever spend there again. Tacos cold, shells old. The hot sauce was hotter. Very very disappointed! Hate to say it but I live close and will make sure that everyone I know has full knowledge of my experience. Had to put a star to leave a review or it would have been none.

I ordered what I always order – the “$7 box” which is a chicken chalupa, taco, 7 layer burrito, chips & cheese. I always change the chalupa to ground beef and no sour cream on anything. I got my order and it had cinnamon crisps instead of chips and cheese. I told the order taker and he said it’s always been that way (no, it hasn’t), but he took the cinnamon crisps back and gave me the chips and cheese. Then I found that the chalupa was not ground beef (as was listed on my receipt), but was chicken and the whole thing was tough and hard and cold. I didn’t even try to approach the guy who took my order about this due to his attitude. I’m so disappointed because this location was my favorite, but now I will not go back.

Ordered through the app. Picked it up via the drive thru. Have to navigate the app to find if there are any deals, otherwise it was simple and worked well. The employee helping us at the store was an older gentleman and he was very nice, easy to understand, and wanted to make sure our food was correct. It was and we went on our drive. Food was good. Exactly what we were expecting. It was a nice experience today. Thank you Taco Bell.

I have been here a few times. But since they started serving the tostadas again this is the 2nd time they have done this. So today I got it for my daughter and when I got home she opened it and showed me it. It’s like a ice cream scoop they didn’t even smear it. I called back they didn’t have Mngr there they said. They didn’t seem to think they did it wrong. They did replace it when I went back. But come on. The lady who gave me my replacement rolled her eyes at me. The store Manager must not care abt this store.
