Service was excellent! My bacon and eggs were cooked to perfection. My grits were a bit thinner than I perfection, but that’s being nit-picky. My coffee cup stayed filled.

First time at this large chain, tried to order a basic breakfast of eggs, potatoes, toast – no meat. It wasn’t on the menu, and they told me I would have to order the more expensive breakfast with meat and skip the meat. I get trying to upsell and promoting more expensive items on your menu, but this is outright screwing customers. The chain is owned by private equity, I work with PE a lot in my professional life. Some VP at that PE firm thought this looked great on a spreadsheet, and doesn’t realize that her or his spreadsheet has nothing to do with how a customer service business actually works. Left for Waffle House, and I will not be back to any Eggs Up.

Five stars for everything, except the price of two cups of coffee – $6.58 (not including tax) with our breakfast. That being said, the food and service were absolutely 2nd to none. Just won’t be able to wrap my brain around the fact that a warm drink could be that much. Next time I will just order water with my meal.

I wanted to take my sister to a nicer breakfast place, so I decided to try Eggs Up Grill. I got the Build Your Own Omelet, with spinach, cheddar cheese, and pork bacon. I got it with toast and home fries. Kristin (or Kristen, I am not sure of the spelling) was our server, and she was very nice. We got our food within minutes of us placing our order. My food was delicious. I love being able to customize my food, and this was the perfect option for me. My sister got french toast, and my boyfriend got shrimp and grits. They all liked their food, too. We came at a peak brunch time, but we were seated and served quickly, which made for a really nice experience.

The food was so damn good I forgot to take pics. EVERYTHING was exquisite! Our waitress Cassie was a complete doll, her positive, energetic attitude and service was on point!

The food here is wonderful, and the service is great. I have come here multiple times over the past few months and I recommend it every time. I got the pimento cheese burger, and it is oh so delicious and greasy. The food comes quick, the staff is extremely nice, and they all wear unique shirts that are quite comical. Wonderful for breakfast or lunchtime!
