Took 30 minutes to get food. Waited for all the to go orders first….unsat. Dirty counters. Cook was throwing food around like a prison cook. Waitresses splashed us washing dishes and banging plates. Clearly pissedoff. Never again.

My husband and I stopped here to on our way through town. I had just learned that my Grandpa died so I was kind of a mess. Chris, our server, & the woman who seemed to be making this location a well oiled machine, was kind & a felt no judgment as I had clearly been crying. Our food was hot, flavorful, & hit the spot. The restaurant & restrooms were clean & showed no signs of late night shenanigans. We dined at 7:00 on a Sunday morning, so that was pretty impressive.

Nice friendly staff, food was cooked to perfection, very accommodating. Ordered a Philly hashbrown bowl and a waffle house waffle for my first experience ever with waffle house and was absolutely impressed. They even allowed me to request caramelized onions on the bowl (I’m sure an odd request for breakfast) and they were more than happy to accommodate. Deona took my order and was very bubbly and my compliments to chefs DeWitt, and Kord. 10/10 recommend and will be back anytime I am in the area

06/07/2025 10:15pm the store isn’t that busy but the staff is moving slow more focused on personal conversations than working. They should be more focused on discussing who’s going to do the others hair instead of gossiping about work related drama. I wouldn’t return for the sore sights there alone. You should be kept when coming to work. Pants falling off one servers butt all night and she kept pulling them up without washing her hands then serving people. Disgusting
