The food was amazing! The service was so nice. It was a little small but definitely a nice spot. I will return. The tortitas were amazing! The pancakes on point. The plates were clean. The sauce to the barrito was so yummy! Meat was well cooked the bacon still had some bend to it. I loved it here. They made sure to come and check on us. The drinks were refilled … just overall very great place!

I’ve been coming to this Mexican restaurant for the past two years, and the food is always delicious, especially for breakfast. The service is decent, and it’s been a go-to spot for me and my family. However, during my last visit, I noticed a concerning hygiene issue. An employee was handling both the cash register and the salsa without washing his hands in between, and even using his bare hands to handle the salsa containers. When I pointed this out, his response was quite dismissive, which was disappointing. I hope they can address this issue because the food is great, but hygiene is crucial.

Don’t let the outside fool you. It doesn’t look like the nicest restaurant in town but the food and service were excellent. I ordered the chicken fajita nachos and was very pleased. In fact, they didn’t even need the grilled chicken to be great. Our server was very attentive as well. Highly recommend!

We really do like the food but it’s very frustrating when they can never seem to get your order right. It’s one of those places when you order take out that you HAVE to check your food in your car before you drive away because 9 times out of 10 it will be wrong and it’s very frustrating.
About 3 weeks ago my husband called to place an order, though my husband is Hispanic his first language is English but he can very much understand Spanish and speak a little, but this particular night he called to place an order and maybe they thought they placed him on hold but the person said in Spanish to their coworker, “here someone come take this gringos order.” It took everything for us to not say something but we let it go because we were hungry but we did say to ourselves we won’t be ordering from them much anymore.
Today my husband calls to get himself a burrito. He wanted NO BEANS in his burrito as his modification, as we know, he should’ve checked before leaving but sure enough he gets home there’s beans in the burrito. I know it’s just beans but he really can’t have them due to underlying stomach problems. So he called to explain and told them he needed the same burrito remade but no beans, they repeated his order back saying with beans. He tells them NO BEANS. They couldn’t seem to process that so he wasted his money told them to not worry about remaking it we just 1000% know we will never be back to this place and his lunch went into the trash. Very unfortunate.

We had a large group, and the food ranged from okay to awful. There are to many great restaurants in New Braunfels to waste time or money at this place.

I felt like eating a good mexican dish breakfast with homemade tortillas. I came to the right place. Everything was delicious. I ate the chilaqilles plate. It was hot and delicious. The place was clean. The tortillas were homemade and the staff was SO friendly. For $8.99 it was worth it. I will come again.

Mexican Food was delicious and worth the price. When you order a steak in other restaurants you get a little piece of meat vs this place you get what you pay for and even more. Will definitely go back and recommend to others. Keep in mind this is not a fancy looking place, small parking area too. But it’s clean and the waitresses were very nice and attentive. We also arrived around 11:30 and found plenty of seating but by noon it was pretty packed for lunch time. Another plus side is they make homemade corn and flour tortillas and they were so delicious.

I have been to a lot of Mexican restaurants and I have rarely seen taco be filled into it overflows. Now this place is a real Mexican, it makes your worth. Amazing food, good service, amd fast servicing. Again I love this place. Other Mexican restaurants need to learn from here.
