Anytime I fly to KS, I make stops at Braum’s. I wish we had them in FL and their amazing prices. Its so affordable which barely anything is nowadays. Their ice cream treats are amazing and I love the variety. I didn’t get a pic, but tried their chicken tender dinner and it’s so good too. Comes w a soft cookie also.

No mustard no pickles on one and no Mayo on another 2, it’s not that hard to get it right, multiple times we’ve come here and you’ve always screwed up ny order, I often times ask for no mustard because it makes me sick, and yet you put mustard on it. If someone asks for somthing to be taking off, take it off, you don’t know why they ask for it off. All I ask of you is to get a simple order right. We will stop coming here because yall can’t get it right, I’d take my food right back, but they never offered me my receipt either. Just get it right.

Does anyone care how bad this store has gotten (N Tyler)? We only go here because it’s close, but last night (12/4/25) will be the last time we spend money here. Manager was rude taking our order (kept cutting us off when we were ordering. We had to keep repeating our order. Didn’t give us a total just said to pull around. No ‘please’. No ‘thank you’.) We go to pay and get told, as usual, to pull up to the handicap area to wait. And we did indeed wait. 5-6 cars behind us got their items as we continued to wait. We saw 2 other people go back into the store with messed up orders or missing items. Both people were pissed when they came out. So after almost 20 mins of waiting I knew to check outlr items. It wasnt hard. We only ordered 3 things. (Double dip turtle. Missing caramel sauce and only gave 1.5 scoops. And that is being generous. Single dip sundae and a tea.) Manager brought out the 2 sundaes, but no drink. He acted like we did something wrong and inconvienced him. Took another 6 mins to bring out the tea. Its one thing to wait longer than expected to get your items, but to then have them come out in crappy condition and missing items is even worse. If you are going to take forever at least make sure its worth the wait. The shitty attitude by the manager just made things worse. So either upper management/owners just dont care about this location, based on the other reviews im reading here or they’ve just given up. Either way, quality starts at the top. There is no one else to hold accountable at this point. Do better or just close up shop. Don’t waste people’s time and money like this and not care.

We waited in line for 45 minutes and when we got our food the order was wrong and they gave us extra ice cream which was for the car behind us. The chicken and fries were uneatable because of the dirty oil they were cooked in. Every fry was burnt and the gravy looked absolutely disgusting. The lady in the Drive-Thru was very rude and wouldnt offer me any free fries for the 45 minute delay because they were serving one car at a time. My pregnant wife got sick and we immediately had to throw all the food away that we paid 17.50$. normally braum’s is good but I’ll never go back to the central and Tyler location they are very slow and rude and by the way the food taste I guarantee they’re establishment is dirty definitely a one star I would rate it a zero if I could. Corporate needs to address these issues for I am not the only one and this location needs to change immediately or go ahead and condemn it for our children’s sake.

Store was not very clean and every time I showed up for work the manager, told me to wash the dishes. The Manager Joshua told me, how come I wont put a headset on like the rest of the staff and I had just said that I was’nt going to put one on because there were’nt any Brand New ones he told me to get of his labor. Told me that If I ate in the Braums Market that I was going to be in debt and that people owe him.

It appears this location is trying hard, but I have a couple of valuable suggestions. Ridge & 21st should be the training location. I am trying to be nice, with a couple of visits over the last few weeks, each one gets either worse or adds an additional wrinkle. Our conclusion, we rather no go to Braums or select another location .

This Braum’s on Tyler Rd might be the worst in the city of Wichita. I live in this area so the I’ve been here before when the adults worked here and the food/service was great. Bring back the adults that cared about quality of service. Fries were burnt and cold and it took too long to even address the line of customers. Do better.

They after nearly 4 decades, they have consistently high quality foods/products in the order to eat and the ‘market’.

I just wish they could make it out to Phoenix, Arizona for that matter!

Tonight I went through the drive thru, I had ordered a banana split and that was all I had planned to order, so when she asked “is that all” I replied yes. Then my 3 y/o decided she wanted French fries, so before I pulled forward I said “wait, can I add a small fry” and she huffed and said “pull around to the first window” VERY RUDE. I asked if it was a problem and she said to pull around again. I decided to just leave because her attitude was nasty and uncalled for.
