Bacon cheeseburger 12.89 + little fries 5.49 (Sept 25th, 2024)
From the time I walked in the store to the time I had my food was maybe 5-10 minutes, max. I rarely get fast food so even though the prices are what they are, for me it was a nice treat.
Indoor CO2 air quality was outstanding too! It was consistently under 600ppm (parts per million), and anything under 800ppm indoors is considered excellent. (The higher the ppm the more air from other people you are breathing in, fresh outdoor air is in the 400s.)

Got a regular burger and fries take out for dinner. The food is excellent and delicious. If you want a burger, Five Guys is your place. And the fries, be hungry. You get amazing value for what you order. You probably want one regular fries for each two or maybe even three people in your group. Worth it. Dine in is available and in good shape. Parking is a bit tight at this location. But they have spots. The staff are nice but need to pay attention to detail. My order was given to another person before I got there. He had only the same first name. So I had to wait for my order to be made again, even though I ordered in advance via phone before I got there. I didn’t wait long, maybe ten minutes. Still a blemish on an otherwise great meal. I think I will go back, but only if I know I will have extra time to deal with a mistake.

Had cheeseburger double patty with everything on it made it a combo for drink and fries. I will say the burger was almost perfect. But like so many other places they have decided to put cold cheese slices on and not melt them on the burger. Lazy. Fries were always a lot and a small was plenty ,but last night they barely filled the cup and the extra in the bag were very few. They always threw more in the bag.

There’s a young man who works there ..I wish I would’ve gotten his name! He is SO pleasant and enthusiastic with a great smile ! I love seeing him when I come in for a takeout burger! He usually works at the Franklin Rd location but I saw him recently at the one off of Frazier Drive in Franklin. He goes to both ! Gotta love him. 5 Guys is lucky to have him. Give that guy a raise!!

I have been told by many people that Five Guys has the best burgers so I finally found myself in Franklin and decided to try one. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and small fries. I was definitely impressed with the fact grilled onions and mushrooms come on them, that was a bonus! The small fries were extremely plentiful, and overflowed out of the cup. Service was great. Food was served fast and hot. The only negative thing I can say is that some tables were not wiped and the restaurant floors were dirty. But all in all, it met up to my expectations and I will definitely go back!

Does not live up to the five guys’ reputation. Marginal food and service. The burgers ate decent enough. but the fries were terrible, i took them back and got a refund. They were that bad. The pruces have gotten too high IMO. $42 for two burgers, fries and drinks? I can go to red Robin and get out the door feeding three people for the same price.
