Best McDonald’s ever. We’re regulars in the drive-thru with two kids in the back seat negotiating like tiny lawyers over nuggets, and the mcdouble sauces while I’m just too tired to cook!
Tonight my kid asked for basically every sauce as a “taste test,” and the staff was totally happy to help and answer questions about the whole menu. It honestly reminded me of the good old days years ago when customer service like that was normal, and I was really grateful because dinner was saved, and even w/a bunch of other burger places right next door, this is the only place we’ll go to in Foster City. We know they’l
l always come through fast, correct, and consistent!

Took a drive late night and stopped here. I don’t understand why the people who work here are so rude and don’t even take the time to cook the food throughly. My fries were way under cooked and my burger was missing the main sauce! What is wrong with our fast food chains? They use to care but now they just don’t!

They lie about the fries. They use the downsized paper bag for Large Fries instead of the cardboard. It’s a bs cost cutting strategy and undersizing the advertised portion. Do not come here

Truly awful experience today at 6 AM when I ordered breakfast burritos, coffee and iced coffee caramel. The burritos were microwaved and had the consistency of a paper bag. Inedible. My coffee had to be sitting there all night because, well you know what old scorched coffee tastes like. Same problem with the ice coffee.

We were ordering food at night tonight, and there was this girl with big eye lashes who was super lazy. She was just flirting with two guys who were clearly her friends. She rather pays attention to the food and orders. She kept chatting with the two guys for 10 minutes. She should be fired.

I had a negative encounter at this McDonald’s. While I typically enjoy McDonald’s, this particular location lacks proper maintenance. The tables are dirty, with food crumbs from previous customers scattered around. The french fries were cold, and the overall quality of the food was mediocre. It appears that many customers in this franchise prefer the drive-through or pick-up option, but my dining experience was notably subpar.

Nothing says “eco-friendly hypocrisy” like a paper straw in a plastic cup with a plastic lid. My drink tastes like wet cardboard halfway through, and now I’m chewing my straw instead of sipping. If McDonald’s really wants to save the planet, maybe start with the packaging, not my patience. Until then.

The way the overnight manager treats everyone is so upsetting and I’m disgusted with her and more for the supervisors who DO NOTHING and allow this hostile environment to continue. The verbal harassment from the cook that continues is so trashy and unprofessional . I will take this to corporate for a full investigation this is America we don’t treat ppl that way and get away with it .
