Went for take out, tried the gumbo and the fried scallops. Scallops were bouncy, tender, not over-cooked, with a thin & crispy batter. So tasty and a very generous portion! I really love the gumbo as well. Thick, perfect amount of spice, well balanced.
The hostess was a delight, very friendly. I will definitely be back to try more things after that experience.

Real Love
The staff is so wonderful like Family over here. The food is so delicious too! I would definitely come back again. They have good Karoke night on Thursday night from 5:30pm to 8:30pm.

Great BBQ, catfish and truly southern veggies and nice variety on a salad bar…in a great casual atmosphere. Could use more servers and ours was pretty much daydreaming instead of helping guests.

Great place for a big crowd… I called to reserve for our 45 people group and in every call the attention was excellent, they made my planning so much easy. Upon arrival they had the whole terrace for us and even though it was super super hot, we had a great time. Service was fast and food was great, I didn’t try it but I am still hearing that the Key lime pie was amazing (I will have to go back to try it… soon)
They have big fans for the heat but they also have inside tables with AC that would make this trip perfect!
I do recommend this fun place, as I will be back soon!

Sat outdoors mid day and it was comfortable. Food was good. Our party had seafood combo.basket with scallops and gator tail, another with oysters and scallops, the walleye special and the beef ribs. They were all good but the beef ribs were a little dry for our liking. Service was great and it was very clean.

Great Southern BBQ place for friends gathering. This Iconic Everglades hot spot drew me in but the Casual comfort and $9 Grey Goose martinis sold me. C-Jacks has been featured on Diners Drive-In and Dives, as Guy Fieri dropped by in 2025 for some good ole scratch cookin by new chef owners! I was delighted to find Southern favorites on the menu like steak fried pork with white gravy, mashed potatoes and collard greens. My dining companions had the “pick Two” BBQ combo brisket and baby backs w 2 sides and they declared delicious. The staff was friendly and the service good. *We will go back. 5 star for country casual perfect!* Owner Suggestion for creating best ambience- consider changing out the current bright cool LEDs bulbs through the dining room (lab like) to 2700k for warm white warmth (home like) which will create an upscale mood to the dining area instantly…I will take out my design fee in crispy onion rings later!

Brisket, collard greens, and catfish left something to be desired. Edible but wouldn’t specifically want to eat it again.
The fried chicken, mashed potatoes, ribs, corn muffins, and BBQ chicken were absolutely delicious. If we lived in the area we would come back specifically for the fried chicken.

What a pleasant surprise. Welcoming and friendly. Server was nice. Food was tasty. Little warm inside, but its Florida and today was HOT. I had the steak special which was totally worth it. Hubby had fried chicken. We would go back if in the area again.

Pretty decent atmosphere for the outside seating, the space heaters are great. The service was not good, waited about 10 mins at the front til I was acknowledged. Then when I sat outside my waitress came over once to take drink order and then once more to take food order and then never came back. I had to flag down a different waitress after about 20 mins of sitting with empty drinks and the food we didn’t even like… It looked great online and started out with high hopes but definitely fell beyond short of expectations. The frog legs were pretty good but besides that wasn’t impressed. Lack of service was what truly ruined it.
