First time coming here and the employees greeted me right away, were patient to explain how ordering here works. They made it fast, simple, and easy! They had a good attitude as well! Xavier was also great, I didn’t get the name for the other employees. Everyone was amazing and they deserve a raise! Will definitely come here again! ❤️

This is our go-to place every time we’re in the area. As parents of little kids, we love that the food is both healthy and delicious! Our kids love the chicken noodle soup and fresh fruit cups in particular. Overall it’s a great bang for your buck!
We’ve always been greeted the moment we walk through the door and they’re very patient as we try to figure out what to order. They’re also pretty good about keeping up on cleaning the tables as customers leave. We’ve never had a sticky table in our experience!

I am just passing through the area and I really needed to find something healthy to eat. I looked on Google Maps and found this place. I’m really glad that I went! I can’t remember the name of the salad that I got, but it had strawberries and apples in it. I think the dressing was strawberry vinaigrette or something like that. It was really good. To my surprise the salad also came with a roll and a chocolate covered strawberry! If I lived in the area, I would be going here on a regular basis. I felt like everything in the salad was really fresh.

I used to love Zuppas, but now I despise it! Overtime we go here we are waiting in line for no less than 20 minutes! Not because there is a long line it’s because they throw all on-line and call–in orders in front of you! Lady night we went here to support a school fundraiser! We waited in line to get our food for an hour, my soup was cold! My kid loves their grilled cheese sandwiches, but my husband and I hate going here due to the fact that you could cook your own dinner at home in the time you wait in line and save yourself a lot of money!

I skimmed the reviews and didn’t see anything mentioning the mushroom bisque. Their mushroom bisque is some of the best soup we’ve ever had. We ordered via uber eats so I can’t speak to the service at the store but we will absolutely be ordering again. Get the mushroom bisque!

I definitely recommend this location! I had a great experience being here in a group on Halloween night. Staff members Adam, Xavier, Viola, Foster and Roland kept the place tidy, clean, and provided a friendly atmosphere! Xavier provided some of the best customer service I’ve had anywhere. My questions were fully answered and I received great and helpful advice about Zupas’s products. The food was absolutely wonderful in its flavor and temperature.

We walked in about 8:20pm and knew we were cutting it close to closing time. Xavier and Miriam are a power team. There was no wait time they put our food together in no time! So fast and efficient and very friendly for us coming in late. We did dine in and because we got our food so fast we ate and were out of there before closing. I love all of the salad, soup, and sandwich options. The portion size and quality seems to vary quite a bit depending on which location you visit or who is working. I feel like a $12 salad should be the same size every time, no matter the location. I love their kid’s meals. They are filling and give the kids some variety and choice. The creme brulee is delectable.
