Stopped in for lunch one rainy Thursday afternoon. My server was Liz, she was very nice! I ordered the Smasher Burger and it was delicious, came out quickly too! This burger was perfectly seasoned, I didn’t have to add a thing, french fries were delicious too! I’m glad I stopped here today!

8/26/2025 – I received a reply from Chili’s Grill and Bar in Pensacola, but could tell that they did not thoroughly read my review. .
We stopped in Saturday Aug 23, 2025 to get a couple of cocktails, and I did something I never do and sat at the bar. We ordered the President’s Margaritas. I ordered Dragon Fruit and my fiancé ordered the Traditional: when I tell you it’s a showstopper, they were both well balanced and perfect. ! And, the chips and dip were great as well.
Now then, let’s talk about the service at the bar. There was a man sitting at the bar that obviously thought that the bartender was his personal bartender and he never stopped demanding her attention, which was off-putting to say the least. I had to ask for straws for water, and napkins as well period.
The pretty bartender was quite competent and very clean. However , she was obviously distracted and engaged in the conversation in a way that was less than professional as she was even looking through his phone and discussing things with him while we sat and waited for service at times. The atmosphere was lovely and I made mention of it to the manager on my way out. I would definitely go back again.

My first time at Chili’s (omg!?) and it was so fun. Went for the whole experience by ordering the triple dipper ™ and trying the margarita of the month
Wow, the triple dipper options were so goooood. The cheese stick was unreal and I wish I got a photo of the cheese pull. Chicken crispy was also so so crispy. I would order again (to share).
$6 margarita was not a bad deal at all. It was ok taste-wise but the bartender said a virgin drink would cost the same and just taste like limeade so I got the original. Shark gummy was a fun touch
Service was really good and we got seated immediately even though it was so busy (we said we didn’t need a booth and just sat at a table)

Food was cooked well and served promptly. We were seated immediately, and our waitress was on it! As a tourist, I am glad this Chilis kept up the pace like the ones back home.

Chili’s has THE BEST chips and salsa in my opinion. The service was fast and our waitress/bartender was amazing! The food was so delicious and absolutely perfect! I recommend the baby back ribs and street corn. The kids love the chicken tenders.

We came in an hour before closing and our server Nick was absolutely amazing. The food was quick, hot, and delicious. The service was impeccable! Nick was so friendly and gave us great recommendations on menu items, he created an amazing vibe!
