So, I love Popeyes spicy chicken. I just finished leaving Popeyes and I ordered an eight-piece family meal spicy with an order of fries. The order taker couldn’t really speak English clearly and asked me if I could repeat it because she didn’t understand. I did it again, I asked for a 8-piece family meal spicy with french fries. I was super respectful and clear . So I get home I did get an 8 piece meal with french fries so that part was correct but not spicy ( I pay the 30 because I love the spicy) and I just find it annoying because hey I’m all for whoever wants to work, work but please get someone who comprehends English properly to make sure they’re not guessing especially when an eight-piece family meal is $30…

Worst Fast-Food Experience EVER.
I don’t even know where to start. The service was slower than ever. The staff looked like they would rather be anywhere else but there. While I was there, I overheard a conversation between two employees, talking about how the regional manager, Lorena Gonzalez, makes them sell old food, not fresh, and one was complaining to the other that the oil had not been changed in weeks and the lorena manager wouldn’t let them change it, they also had a conversation about how she is a romantic relationship with the store manager, Carlos. I was told to wait 20 min for my food, after I complained to the manager about the food taking longer than expected, he proceeded to talk inappropriate things about me, not realizing I understood Spanish behind my back. While I was talking to him, he had such a strong smell of alcohol coming from him, it was so such a shock. to think someone under the influence was managing a fast-food store. Once I got my food, I honestly didn’t want it anymore, but decided to take it because I had to run back to work. When I got my car and checked the food order, it was incomplete. After everything I heard about how unsanitary they keep the back and the food, I was so angry and took the food back and just left. Next time, before coming to dine in here, just turn back and go somewhere else.

The chicken and mash and gravy was pretty flavorless. The cashier and workers are very nice. The only working water is behind the counter so anytime I wanted a refill on my water, I had to hand them my cup. If they add more flavor to the chicken, this wouldn’t be such a bad place to eat at.

It was so good, I forgot to take the before photo. Wings are good. Love the beans and rice. Updating my review. I place an order. I get there person said oh we out of wings want a drum stick. I said if you give me a drum stick I won’t eat it. I guess he did not like that. He left me waiting for 10 minutes. Someone finally noticed me waiting. Finally got fresh wings and gave me my order. While there I heard a lady getting into an argument with one of them about an incorrect order. She told me to check my order before I left. I most definitely did. Think twice before coming here.

I don’t. Recommend this place at all. Poor customer service the guy who took the order using the EarPods. When I entered the store I asked for Togo menu but they said their are no to go menu. Without menu their are running the store. I ordered boneless wing in one wing I got bone in. The manger who is beside of the employee he is not the right manger by not giving the good customer service. Money waste time waste

Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and two ghost pepper for a total of four sandwiches. Open the bag once Im home and there are only 2 in there. Really sad when you order 4 items and only get 2. Please help your associates with their counting abilities and quality control.

I’m over here picking up a doordash, hardly anyone is in the store, yet their conversation is more important than making the order i’m picking up. Their so lazy that they had a man in a sweater, joggers, and sandals come behind thr counter and take a customers order that was waiting. Just because i’m a doordasher, doesn’t mean they can keep me waiting for as long as they please; we have a certain times to pick up the order and get it delivered, and now I had to take a penalty because the whole staff chose to have a whole telenovela than provide good service.

The people were nice, but ordering ahead doesn’t really make a difference. I ordered using the app, and when I picked up 30 minutes later, it wasn’t ready. I waited another 30 minutes when I got to the location for the food. I’ll never return here
