I am going to give this a 5 star review because the manager, Kyle, is amazing. My daughters weren’t treated very nicely when they went in to pick up a pre-order. These are good and respectful kids. The order was completely wrong as well. I called and Kyle happened to answer. He immediately knew what happened and was extremely apologetic and willing to work with us. The girls returned another time and the not-so-nice employee apologized to them and Kyle ensured they had a much better food experience. So I appreciate someone who goes above and beyond to fix the problem and uses excellent customer service. It’s rare to encounter such positive customer service and it’s greatly appreciated. So Kyle, cheers and thank you!

Food is always cold and they have the worst service ever. The order is ALWAYS missing items and even the items that make it into the bag are not prepared as requested. I’ve tried to order in the drive thru and it’s horrible. I order via the Wendy’s app and it’s worse than ordering there – you wait even longer because the order is never ready and you always have to pull to the side. This location pretty much makes you order inside so you can make sure everything is correct before you leave. It’s so disappointing because we like Wendy’s but this is the worst run Wendy’s in the state……

Was there at 5:47 on Monday Sept 29, 2025. I’m not going to say I’m a Wendy’s kind of sewer . However, I know my Wendy’s. This is the best run Wendy’s in Pinellas County. I’ve been wanting to write this for a long time but life makes other plans for me. Just had another excellent experience not but just 5 mind ago. Should’ve got the mangers name but I want this to be a surprise. Get this man a raise. The food, as always is great. The store was immaculate. This may seem like small potatoes to some. It is not. I have enough context to know this Wendys is the exception not the rule. If you are ever over in this part of Largo and looking for a next level fast food restaurant experience, this is the place.

This place is horrible. First of all me and my family were going to do drive thru there wasn’t even a real person speaking through the intercom, we decided to go in. We ordered 3 combos and only got 2 drinks for 3 meals?? The guy with the nose ring took out order and was so rude. We were getting our drinks and my boyfriend was getting dr pepper snd it only filled half way before they were out. (The inside was dead no one there) So i assume they dont change or refill it often. Anyways we got our food I went back up to the counter to get a baked potato to replace the fries they didnt give me with my combo bacon, cheese and sour cream again the guy with the nose ring and it comes out just cheese and bacon. Never again am i taking my family there.

AI drive thru is terrible! Doesn’t allow time to modify the sandwiches to the customer. Before we were finished ordering it completed it. Then we went inside, and they still messed up the order, they forgot the chicken nuggets and instead of getting a Baconator, we got a son of a Baconater. We were home before we realized there error. Totally disappointed.

Will never go here again!!! I know AI is a thing, but “refuse” to use it at a drive-thru!! This stupid, ignorant generic fake crap has to stop!Sooo many mistakes were made including charging me for something they were out of & couldn’t understand plain English, had to repeat, because so-called “artificial” crap doesn’t know that they’re out of?!!! The service isn’t that great, food is often cold & subpar, at least at this location?! I’ll go wherever fake AI isn’t!!! Bye, bye Wendy’s & anyone else who does this!!!

This is one of the fastest and most courteous staff. The wait time is minimal to none. The bathroom, parking lot as well as the inside the store is spotless.
The food is warm and fresh. The frosty are very thick. While there you may charge your cellphone and/or get up-to-date on the latest news.

Absolutely appalled that I send my lady to get late night food !! And she comes back with my burger charred to a crisp!! I don’t know who was working at 12:45 am on 12/05/23 but they need some real training! I don’t care if customers show up 5 min to close, we are paying customers and I don’t believe the workers would want to spend their money on burnt food ! Absolutely unacceptable and I do hope corporate or who ever owns this establishment get this handled right away! Burnt food to a paying customer!! Shaking my head ! I feel like I was just served old Patties that they warmed back up! This makes me sick ! And to do it right before they closed because they know the customer can’t come back! Absolutely unbelievable!

This has gotta be the worst wendys i have been to, consistently. Every time i come by here it takes 15 minutes to get your order, you have to pull into another spot and sit in your car, and half the time the order is wrong.
