I live out of state and visit a few Lotaburgers around NM over the years. I love the chain. This location wasn’t great. They wouldn’t make a chocolate milkshake since they only had a little left (around 730pm). So I got a soda but it was very flat. I didn’t even finish my drink. The bathrooms didn’t have bags in the trash. Avoid. You made saying goodbye easier.

Blake’s is an all time favorite of ours, for over 50 years. This location is a mess. Service is VERY slow, orders get messed up. It takes forever. We Won’t be stopping here again. Ever. Guess we’ll have to make other choices when we’re headed through Espanola. Took us 50 minutes between waiting in line, ordering and having our meal. We could do a sit down restaurant for that. Fries were warm, but definitely not fresh.
Only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is the food itself tastes good.

Always have issues with this place. Today we waited 35 min, for a shake and a soda. Last week the lady at the counter refused to spell Jesus. That was after she didn’t take the order properly. Gave us the wrong order twice in two separate orders. Bless her heart but why have a rude elder lady run the counter. We love this place. But the one in Espanola sucks. Steer clear. Go to Santa Fe worth the drive and food at this point..

Should advertise as a NO cash establishment! Went in tonight, signs stating no bills over 20$ I told the manager that our order was going to be big and certainly more than 50$ as we only had cash over 50$. She said no, that it’s their policy not to take anything over 20$. Which this does not make any sense. I would suggest that you advertise as a no cash establishment moving forward so people don’t waste their time driving to the west side of town for nothing!

My company needed 80 breakfast burritos by 6am, and lotaburger in Espanola made it happen. They don’t open until 6a but they made sure our order was ready to go. Packaged nicely , labeled , and assisted with taking all to my vehicle.

Been going here for a while and honestly I don’t even know why they take forver to hand out food and even at that they don’t even call out your order number they just star at you and expect you to figure it out ??? Now I understand it’s a fast food place but even at that they’re not fast. AND lobby stays dirty, employees are rude, and you can’t even hear them while talking. waited over an hour for my food

We waited forever to get our food putting us very behind schedule, and messed up our entire order. When we got the food it was not worth any of the money or wait. The food was not good and neither was the service. When we brought this to the staffs attention they just made us wait even longer.

Fifteen minutes waiting at the drive through window after they gave me my 2 sodas. Literally waited at the window 15 minutes after I placed my order. Not 15 minutes in line. 15 minutes at the window. The workers kind of just disappeared. This was at 11am and there were only a couple of other cars there at the time. Burgers were cold. Kind of like they forgot someone was at the drive through.

I went to the Espanola NM Blake’s Lotaburger and I ordered 1 carne adovada breakfast burrito and 6 of the small carne adovada burritos and an order of large French fries with no salt. I waited for 30 minutes at the drive through for my order, the complete I have is my fries it was half empty and the French fries looked and tasted like they were 5:00 hours old. This place has gone really down hill…for the owner or CEO you need to make a personal visit to your store. We the people don’t mind paying for the food if it’s good!!!
