Served us rotten Cole slaw, the cabbage is brown & smells sour. I should have checked when one employee got slaw from the back but one employee randomly found a slaw in the fridge and bagged it for us. I live out of the way and wanted to call to report before going back up there but I have called 13 times the store picks the phone up without saying hello or anything and hangs up within 1-2 seconds each time, you can hear the employees in the background. Very disappointed and disgusted

Hardee’s is my preferred breakfast drive through. They have the best biscuits of all the fast food restaurants in my opinion. The loaded omelette biscuit and porkchop/gravey biscuits are my favorites.

This is not the first time I’ve had to comment about the fraudulent practices at this Hardee’s in Sanford.
If I place an order , they automatically up charge it to a medium size without asking. This is not the first time I’ve had to deal with this, and I’ve complained to the owner and to corporate about the situation.
I have also reported this to the NC State Attorney General.
I can only imagine the upcharge dollars that are being raked in by this location. This is fraud!

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.
I ordered a cheeseburger. When I finally got it, it was luke warm at best. I took it back and asked for a hot one. After waiting several minutes, I got another cheeseburger that was barely warm. Very disappointed.
Not only do I think I’ll never be back to this location, I may not go to another Hardee’s.

I don’t know what is wrong with your Sunday crew, but this is the 3rd Sunday in a row that they have completely screwed up an order for me. This time was even worse, as after placing my order at the drive thru, then waiting in a line with only 3 cars ahead of me for over 15 minutes, I pull up to the window, only to find out that my order was deleted from the system. I often stop by before going to work, but given the relative frequency of mistakes, honestly, I’m rethinking where my food should come from.

Ordered 8 piece chicken and biscuits. Was told they only had white meat and I was fine with that. Got home and the wings had been cooked so long the white inside was even hard. The breast’s breading was very hard and inside so dry it had all been overcooked. No way would I ever have served this to anyone. It should have been trashed. Not edible so basically 18 bucks for 4 biscuits to go with what I now have to cook. Wont be back.
