No tp in women’s room, only ordered 3 egg mcmuffins & one coffee. They forgot the coffee & it took them almost 20 minutes to get us the coffee…trash outside was overflowing & the handicapped spaces are at least 60 70 feet away from entrance & there was a bunch of glass from a broken bottle in one of them.
At least the sandwiches we ok. But yeah, this place sucked, at least it did for us today.

1) The only nice person I encountered was the girl who handed me my receipt at the first window.
2) When I took back the double quarter pounder with cheese that was ordered with extra pickles only and had ketchup on it, I was not acknowledged (even though I was looked at several times) until I spoke up.
3) Never apologized for the mistake
4) The next one came with an onion, lettuce, & what looked like a blob of Ketchup)
5) When I asked the girl who brought the second mistake without checking it for accuracy if I could speak with the manager, she asked “My manager?”
6) When I showed the manager she tried to tell me that the order was correct
7) when I pointed out the onion, lettuce &
blob of ketchup, her response was “That’s not ketchup, its a tomato “
8) When I said either way it’s not supposed to be there and requested my entire order be re done as the rest was now cold, she rolled her eyes, said “Oh my God” , took the burger, had it remade, brought out the new one and disappeared!
NO apology, did not remake the entire(now cold) meal
This is absolutely the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been too!
I wish McDonald’s corporate headquarters would pull this franchises ownership.

Admitted quarter pounders are premade and not cooked once ordered, refused to make ours well done (meaning pink is in a McDonald’s burger) and couldn’t even salt the fries. Said it’s because they are closing but after checking the store hours, they do not close for an hour. I went through the drive-through.

Placed an order on the app. Very pleasant experience. The staff was very professional and friendly. We got our food home and it was hot and tasty. I see all of the negativity and just wanted to thank you for a great experience.

I placed an order through the mobile app. I gave them the code, they said move to the second window, but when I got there they said they had no record of the order. They said the amount (about $35), would go back into my account, but it never did. I spoke with a lead, manager, and they all said the store manager wouldn’t refund it. I called corporate, they said they’d fix it, but no one has. It’s been over a month and I decided to dispute with my bank because it’s easier. I would give them zero stars if I could, but I recommend everyone stay as far away from this location if possible.

Gross. Cold and RAW. But it is McDonald’s so my expectations are low anyway. Just needed a quick bite. Manager said they can’t give a refund unless I come back with the raw burger (already threw it away) and my receipt. I offered photos of both and they denied. Horrible customer service

Grabbed a breakfast platter for my husband and son and also a biscuit sandwich for myself. Got home to realize they forgot my sandwich. No big deal since we live close just ran back to location to explain situation and long story shortened….I got my sandwich but was a bit of a gruff time to get it.

The bathroom was so dirty . Toilet paper stuck to the side of toilets. Tp on the floor . Over flowing trash and no toilet paper in the actual dispenser. Mirror was super gross. There was dirt and poop and hair on the toilets . 1 of which qas clogged and over flowing . When told about the nasty bathroom they stated thay they had just cleaned it and it was fine .. if their bathrooms are that disgusting I can only imagine how old and nasty the food is and how dirty the people’s hands are thay make the food .
