Stopped here to eat. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Used toilet paper on the floor toilets were disgusting floor was filthy. Would not stop here. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Did not eat after walking into the bathroom.

Save yourself getting mad. The one thing they do is make food. A they suck. Seriously. I knew better to go there a get food. But what did I do today? Get food from there. The biscuit I could have broke a window with if I threw it at it. The chicken had a bad taste to it. Potatoes was a bit runny but ok. Update – went there today an was so skeptical I got the same food. Awesome service. I mean the food was warm and fresh.

The biscuit was good. The women’s restroom was filthy with excrement up on the toilet tank. The rest room floor was terribly dirty. Toilets were stained. I asked if the men’s room was OK and my husband said it was nasty too. We are really shocked because the Jack’s where we live is very clean. Management needs to do better. Send in a team for a thorough cleaning. Your food staff is doing a good job.

The food was ok. I guess Jack’s has cut back on their food, the hamburgers seem smaller and definitely the chicken fingers, and you barely get any fries at all.
The person that took my order acted like they didn’t want to be there, very bad attitude.
The atmosphere was chaotic, employees hollering at each other and saying they didn’t want to work there, including the manager.

Arrived to find very dirty tables and the men’s bathroom was very nasty with dried poop all over the toilets. The urinal had a big bag over it. After taking care of business I ordered pancakes and sausage and a Carmel ice coffee ( Terrible). I got my order to find the pancakes over done. They were like rubber. I had the manager ask the crew to remake the order which they did and the remake wasn’t much better. I noticed they cooked them in a microwave so maybe they nuked them too long. Anyway it was a bad experience and a waste of money.

Ordered two burgers, very clearly. No, I didn’t check it immediately and drove all the way home. I ended up giving mine to my wife and going to a different Jacks… The second one didn’t have the all American Burger meat and instead of telling me that when I ordered it they just put 3 time patties on it. Then the extra onion and veggies were basically not existing. I won’t be going back again.
