I stopped by this restaurant on a long drive. I was hungry and had never heard of this place but decided to stop in when I saw several cars here at 8 AM.
I’m so glad that I did.
I ordered a lunch burrito with steak. It is by far the largest burrito I’ve seen in years and stuffed with tinder meat. Overall delicious. All for an amazing price!
Also want to say the two people working when I stopped in were so incredibly kind. We chatted while they made the burrito and you could tell they are good people.
I’m so glad I randomly found this place. Next time I pass through, I’ll make it a point to stop here to eat!

The food and service were great. 1st time in.
We had the steak taco fajita salad. Steak was really good and flavorful and chalupa plate. Everything was great, fresh and cooked to order. Except the canned orange cheese sauce. It was on the chalupa and was awful. It covered up the great taste of the meat. Very thick chips, possible homemade? Salsa was good and spicy.
No alcohol served. Will be back!!

Food was so fresh and delicious! I recommend getting the tacos! We liked the fresh homemade corn tortillas so much we ordered a dozen to take home. If you’re in town or just passing by and want good fresh Mexican food give them a try!

Thought I’d try a place I’ve never been to for Mexican Food. I am currently using a cane and as I approached the door, it was opened for me by a worker. Good start! Hot sauce and chips were absolutely great! Couldn’t put them down. Ended up ordering nachos supreme with ground beef and a lemonade. A platter was brought out to me that would feed 3 people! Only thing missing was some jalapenos but they quickly brought me a side of them. Tons of toppings on these nachos. Not like many places where you have to hunt them down. More than I could eat for sure. The lemonade came in a large cup and I never needed a refill. Spanish speaking people will feel right at home but there was not a language barrier for me (English only) at all. Everyone was pleasant and I will definitely return.

Little slice of hidden heaven! I am a Waco native and absolutely love Las Trancas the taco truck. We are moving over closer to the area and have been seeing Las Trancas Express. I was very curious to try this since it’s closer to my house than the actual taco truck.
We decided to go the other day. Super cute barbecue picnic table style seating. Very simple and clean. We were greeted right away and we could seat ourselves, which I love! The man that waited on us was very kind efficient and knowledgeable.
We tried the Lemonada, if you like lemonade you have to try this! It was the best lemonada I have ever had in my life! I will forever go where to get it for now on. We ordered chicken tortilla soup and asada tacos on flour all the way. Did not disappoint! They had the best asada tacos I have ever had! I know I will be going here for these items for sure. I love it when we find a new spot close to home! Thank you Los broncos Express!

Friendly people, clean, but no homemade tortillas, no hominy, no spice in the menudo. The barbacoa was sad. We couldn’t even see the meat because it was so little. The bacon taste cheap it was not crispy. It was rubbery. The eggs was cold. We wonder why there was only two people other than us eating on a Saturday morning. We understand why. Good luck.

First of all this is authentic food and it was delish. My wife and I both had the enchilada plate with sweet tea. It came with chips and salsa, and by the way the chips were home made as well. The waitress checked on us often and there was plenty of room for you to sit wherever you wanted. I believe we spent around twenty bucks , maybe a dollar or two more . Very affordable and is always worth it. Very clean and friendly.
