Oh my god. The woman with the sleeves and the braids was the worst waitress I’ve ever had. I understand that restaurants get busy, but why are you giving me an attitude when I’m not being rude to you or demanding that you pay attention to me right now. 30 minutes from our arrival she tried getting us to check out. Our ice completely melted before she could come to ask us if we wanted anything else (which we did). We asked for orders to go and they came an hour later. We tried asking for drinks but she never came to check on us, and we didn’t want to be THOSE people. When it came time to pay there were extra items on the tab including the tablet games that no one at our table even played. In the end, she said her manager took care of the extra items but insisted that someone at the table was supposed to pay for those but didn’t. Overall, she ruined the environment of the place, and I don’t want to go again if she’s going to be our waitress.
1 week later update: we came again and 2/3 waters have bugs/black specs on it

The waiter had to come back and asked what I ordered twice. (Tenders, no mac, sub corn) Ended up getting charged for food I did not order and did not receive. What I did receive were chicken tenders that had breading that could break a tooth.

A coworker encouraged me to try the Cajun pasta. I like shrimp so I ordered the ultimate Cajun pasta. It was so delicious and the toast was good also! I was missing my extra toast I ordered. The manager quickly refunded me. Very professional! Will order again!

You all need to seal up the uber eats orders for safety and hygiene purposes!!! I would expect much more from a large establishment like Chilis. You should not send delivery orders out unsealed period.

I always come to this Chilli’s for take out and the foods always been great. Today my tire popped while I was on the way to pick up my food and showed up an hour late. I called ahead, and when I arrived they were incredibly understanding and even made me a fresh new order. Truly great, hard working people here. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

Service was great! Our server was the greeter and bar tender for the night and she was outstanding! Food was good. You never really consider Chili’s for a steak dinner but my daughter got the steak and it was cooked as requested. I ordered the trio fajitas and the steak on it was very tender. The fajita meat was just slightly over seasoned for me. My other daughter ordered the chicken quesadillas which she loves. Also, Chili’s has the best tortilla chips in town! The guacamole is pretty good.

Briana, our server, was great! Very attentive and Incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions. Food was delicious and served hot! Define you a good spot to bring the family. They give out activities and crayons to they kids. Parking is great and accessible.

The food was okay. I ordered the triple dipper with the nashville mozz and honey Chipotle mozz and crispers. I also got the loaded white cheddar mac n cheese and a henny margarita. The margarita cup had ice filled up to the top so I barely got anything to drink in my cup. My crispers did not have enough honey chipotle sauce on them. My mac n cheese was not hot. All of the to go spots were taken and i was the only one getting my food to go. The to go cashier was rude. She asked for my name and placed my food to the side of me instead of handing it to me. Then she turns and walks off. No thank you or have a good night. She acted as if I was bothering her. I DO NOT recommend this location. P.s.- i was so hungry, i forgot to take photos before I took a bite.

I ordered food on Mother’s Day to pick up. My husband picked up my order and he specifically asked if everything was in the bag they told him yes so he didn’t even bother checking. He comes home im missing the salsa for my chips the lemonade I had asked for was not given to me I got the regular lemonade I ordered the watermelon lemonade and ordered the watermelon tea and the tea was not what I asked for either they gave me regular sweet tea as far as the chips how in the world was I suppose to eat them if I wasn’t given salsa with them I was mad cuz now I had a bunch of chips for nothing I called a manager helped me I can’t remember his name I think it was something like Zavy or something like that he proceeded to say I was refunded for the 2 drinks and the salsa still yet to see that refund. I’m disappointed at the service specially because I had tipped and this is why I don’t really like tipping if I have to pick up my order and if I wasn’t going to get a refund then why even mention it to me super unprofessional and extremely disappointed because I didn’t get what I ordered.
