For the amount you’d pay for a combo here you’d think the quality of food would be much better. I’d give them a 3 out of 10 for food quality. Service is good though. It’s the only thing that saved this place from only getting ⭐ or ⭐⭐ stars.

Worst Carl’s JR ever. Burnt beyond burger that was clearly setting on the warmer table for 2 + hours. I Went all the way home to have to go all the way back to replace my burger. I ended up not replacing the burger because the manager had the audacity to ask me what was wrong with my burger and how do I want it made (She had the burger in her hand looking at it while she asked me that ridiculous question). This was by far the worst experience I ever encountered with any restaurant. I cant believe the horrible customer service I experienced and the horrible quality of food I purchased. PS never got a refund. Marisa was the rude manager. Never go her.

I got a guacamole bacon cheeseburger for $7.99, just the hamburger. I understand that every place has had to raise prices due to increasing wages. Although the food has gone down the drain as well. My hamburger had very little lettuce, one tomato slice and hardly any guacamole to speak of, one piece of bacon broken in half, but lots of onions.
They used to pile on the ingredients, not anymore I guess.
For $7.99 for a guacamole bacon cheeseburger they should pile on the ingredients for that amount of money.
